first, they are cute and looked good as part of a landscape. but, used a couple in a large fishbowl and the fish died the next day. used again in a tank and noticed a couple fish died. removed them and did a water change and no more fish died. tried them in a large fish bowl again and another fish died. i tossed them. could have just been time for the fish to die and it was all an unfortunate coincidence but I wasn't willing to test that theory further.

I wanted to get some fake plants for a recently set up 65 gallong tank. I wanted a mix of short and taller plants so I did a search and found these available for a good price. When they arrived I was pleased with them as they don't have an overly fake look like many less expensive aquarium plants have. As they are in the tank and pick up algae etc they should look even better. In the photo I put arrows pointing at a few of the 10 pack (all the short plants in the photo are the ones that came in the package). I will definitely order more in the future when I need them for any more tank setups.

I bought these to make little crochet aquariums. For the price they are perfect for my needs. Not sure how much actual fish might like them, but my fiber fish love them!

You get plenty in a package. They look nice. Great for scaping the front of a tank. I put a few in. People mention fish in a fish bowl dying after they put the plant in...not sure what’s happening there.A tank with even minimal filtration will support small fish regardless what you put into the tank, unless it’s highly toxic.If the person stirred up the gravel or whatever substrate, small fish still produce ammonia and nitrates, same as big fish. Without adequate filtration, that change in water balance could cause their demise.A picture of my dog sniffing my pants for food....😊

At first I was disappointed as they looked so little in my 30 gal aquarium. Base is sturdy, but light enough which is great for my big Oscar fish to rearrange which he likes to do . He is about 10 yrs old and got to the point he would just stare up at a corner in the tank. Thought he was dying but since I got these plants he is happily swimming around and playing with the plants or just staring at them. Good exercise and brought his spirit back . The plants look real and love the green color ; I threw away all the other colored plants . I ordered more so good price for 10 .**UPDATE : threw them all away as these plants have put 3 Holes in my new fishnet uses in the aquarium and injured my big Oscar fish with scrapes on his head and body that were not there before. These plants are too sharp edged for fish or nets.

Very strong chemical smell even soaking them in warm water more than 1 hour. I even soaked them for 2 days hoping to get rid of the strong smell. The glue on 3 decors we’re coming apart. These plants are plastic and don’t feel soft to touch. I’m afraid to put them in the tank because it might kill my fish.

I love how many plants I received for their price, they have quality heavy bases and nice structure. Their color is a little clear for my liking but I’m becoming fond it, see for yourself.

Realistic looking plants on heavy weights. They are a nice way to add a lot of foreground plants to an aquarium at a good price. Some of the leaves were bent from the way they were packaged, but I dipped the plants in boiling water for a few seconds and the leaves sprung back to their original shape. It also helped remove some oily residue leftover from the manufacturing process.
