I just got this and its all liquid and a hard lump of cream. I cant even mix it. The liquid tastes bitter. Does this mean its old?

Cream is much like natural peanut butter, it separates over time. Try warming it up and mixing it together, it should go back to its original state.

Why is this still being sold on Amazon when basically a third of the reviews give it the lowest rating possible?

Also, her maple butter must be last year’s supply. It is to early for this season.

Doesn’t sound right. Mine was a light brown color, extremely smooth, and not at all orange. I would contact them for a replacement or order from another company. Wild Hill Maple makes a fabulous product!
