I bought this massage roller for when I travel. It is a good size and pretty easy to pack. It came to me in good condition. However the very first time that i used it I heard a snap. The inside white cyclinder had cracked from one end to the other. I did try to go the return/refund route but because I am out of country there were no options that would let me return the defective item to Amazon or to the seller.

This roller is nubby so it hurts where it should!

Bought this in November ‘23 and I occasionally use it for my back and shoulders to roll on the floor. I am a 170 pounds and i thought this device was Saturday. After a few rolls yesterday, the inside fiber, which seems like a hard plastic cracked in 3 parts. The manufacturer needs to consider using something more durable.

I didn't think this would work nearly as well as it does. I massaged my shoulders while watching tv, and felt much better after. It is larger than I expected so I could place it exactly where needed.

Used it maybe 5 times and there were 3 cracks along the plastic core that would open up when you put any pressure on it. I am by no means a small person, so I understand that things wont hold up as well as for a smaller person. You'd be better off going out and buying yourself a section of 5" PVC and using that, at least then it'll hold up better.

Using it for my at home therapy exercises on my knee replacement!

This roller did not work well for me. The reason is it does not roll uniformly over the two different surfaces of the roller. The section referred to as palm surface is not round. It is made up of two wide flat surfaces. Rolling through this is like rolling a wheel with a flat spot. It isn't a smooth, uniform roll, and this surface tends to slide on a mat or carpeting. The more aggressive area of the roller is like an offroad knobby tire and is great. This area was not long enough to be effective. I also found that palm surface, though marketed as less aggressive, to be more uncomfortable and painful.I wouldn't say don't buy this roller, but I would caution to be sure it is what you are looking for in a roller. It is good for working very small areas. But, I didn't care for it for trying to work long hamstring muscles or length of the spine. I want a uniform surface all the way around the roller.
