I think it’s a fantastic product. I didn’t have horrible acne just occasional breakouts. A few reviews suggested not to use it. But I am definitely a fan and on my second bottle.

I recently quit spironolactone hoping to find more natural dietary changes that I could make to resolve my adult hormonal acne. Once I came across this supplement I knew I had to try it. I started it on November 19th, and it is currently December 5th.Within the last two weeks I have noticed no external changes. Internally, I have had awful bowel issues since the 23rd of November (which I attributed to stress at the time). I have had some nausea. Last night, when I sat on the ground next to the toilet and thought about it, I realized this pill is the only change I’ve made in the last two weeks that could be causing this.I literally feel awful. Feel free to Google it yourself, but this supplement has nearly three times the allotted amount of vitamin A necessary to become toxic to your system.I won’t be taking it anymore. I see that it has been helpful for some people, but I highly recommend only taking these under the guidance of a doctor. I’m going to spend the next three-four weeks trying to flush it out of my system. Stay safe ladies 🫶🏻

This product works wonders on my daughter's skin. Has cleared up all of the small red and white blemeshes on her face. It truly works and has so many clean good ingredients! Worth the money!

I think the before and after speaks for itself. I took about 4 bottles before my skin was completely clear of blemishes. It is worth the price and it was the only thing that worked in clearing my skin.
