Honestly don't even know where to begin. Bought this AC and within no time the outdoor unit started making this horrible loud noise and cooling was gone. Fine, things break, I get it. But what happened after is what really got to me. It has been 45 days. FORTY FIVE DAYS. In this heat. 5 different technicians came home. Each one checked, scratched their head, said "outdoor unit has a serious problem, fan motor and compressor both are gone, it needs replacement" — and left. Then nothing. No call, no update, no replacement. They even replaced the compressor once. Guess what — still the same noise, same vibration, same problem. Every time I called customer care I got the same line — "sir your complaint has been escalated." Escalated to whom? Because nothing ever happened. I also mailed the grievance officer multiple times. Same copy paste reply every single time. "We regret the inconvenience. Our team will look into it." That's it. we're sitting in this heat with a broken AC that sounds like a truck engine. Their own technicians are saying the unit needs replacement. Lloyd still hasn't done anything about it. Save yourself the trouble. Just buy any other brand. This company clearly doesn't care once they've taken your money. Amazon : This is not a service failure. This is a defective product being sold to customers with zero accountability.

I bought the Lloyd 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC (GLS18I3FWAGC) in 2025. Within just one year, during the annual service, the technician told us that the AC had a gas leak. At that time, the unit was still under warranty. However, instead of properly fixing the issue or refilling the gas under warranty, the technician misled us by saying there was nothing wrong with the AC. After the warranty expired, we were told that we had to pay for the gas refill as well as the service visit charges. We contacted Lloyd customer care multiple times, but there has been no proper follow-up. It has now been 10 days, and our issue is still unresolved. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales service. I would not recommend buying this AC based on my experience.

Excellent product, being a 3 star product, I must say cooling is standout, efficient power management, service is excellent at this price point it's absolutely a vantage product.
