Well flavoured and light texture
Very pleased with this: all the white puddings I’ve had before have been stodgy and heavy: this wasn’t at all. It fried up well and survived in a stew so what’s not to like? Goes well at breakfast, but I cut it up with mushrooms and had it in scrambled eggs and the textures go nicely together
