I received this ring for Christmas. Hubby said it wasn’t supposed to arrive until after, but a special delivery on Sunday, Christmas Eve, and it was here! The ring itself is beautiful and fits perfectly. The names are small but I like it like that, if they were big it could look tacky. I thought it was silver but it is rhodium plated, I’m sensitive to some metals so hopefully my finger won’t turn green! From what I’ve read I don’t think it will. I am seriously in love with this ring, it means the world to me, and I can’t stop looking at my hand! The weight feels good and comfortable enough for everyday wear.

I purchased a mother's ring for my mom, for Christmas in December 2016. It was a beautiful ring, but unfortunately was too loose on her finger. She was able to make it into a jewelery store, in February, that sized her finger to a 7, which is what I had ordered. When sizing the ring, it showed as a size 8. I was a little upset that this special ring I got for her was sent in the wrong size and she couldn't wear it or enjoy it's beauty.In March, I sent them a message. Never got a response, so I thought. I was finally able to login to my email on a computer instead of my phone late July and was going through everything! I found that response, which was days after I had sent them a message, but it had gone to my spam folder which I can't seem to figure out how to view on my phone! Lol I quickly responded to them, sending a couple images with the measurements of the ring. The 29th they said they will still correct the issue and send my mom a new ring at no extra cost. She received it today and it fits beautifully and just as gorgeous as before. I can not thank you enough for making this right and will definitely make more purchases in the future. I highly recommend this to everyone!!

My daughter in law loved the ring. I missed the order form showing a pre size of 5 on the order form so immediately call And texted to Amazon and was given the mfg. Tele # I did call but was the weekend and was told to message the owner. She did message me back they received the message and the size was corrected to a 7. When the ring came it was a size 5 and my DIL.. I want to have the ring replaced for it was a Mother’s Day gift from her three children ages 3/8/10. The owner did call and after much communication, My Granddaughter wanted to keep the ring because it was her 2 brothers she was taking with her into the leukemia clinic/hospital with her to comfort her.. the company was great to work with and couldn’t have been more pleasant.

Love it! This was a mothers day gift from my husband, I was worried that the ring would turn my finger green, but no I haven't had any issues with that! It is exactly what I wanted and it is so pretty! I wear it everyday, I don't take it off for showering and still no issues with turning my finger green. I did somehow get a tiny scratch on the side about a month after I got it, but it isn't very noticeable and it was my fault. It was shipped from the US so it only took like maybe 2 weeks, but with the peraonalization and it being around mothers day, that was expected. I am very happy with it!

I was pleasantly surprised when the seller sent an email confirming my desired ring size with size charts attached, offering a change in my requested size within six hours of purchase.
