Kohler Progress In Flute Playing Op.33 Book 1

These are a selection of studies by Kohler. Of course he played the flute too so knows how to write for the instrument. They are marked easy but I would say more intermediate. They are very tuneful so it makes practicing them more enjoyable.

This book of Kohler studies looks scary! The last study book I had went up to Grade 5 and was looking pretty easy by the time I ordered this one. It covers grades 4-8 but I think it would be hard to find a grade 4 piece in here! I am beginning grade 6 and finding the pieces challenging, but tuneful.
