Will this remove water based nail varnish?

I would assume so, it removes normal nail polish

Anyone know of its Ingredients? Trying to find one without alcohol as it's dying

Yes there is alcohol but this product is no way near as drying as typical nail polish remover. It really is an excellent alternative, I recommend it.
