KIDNEY STONE LIFE SAVER! Crystal Light PURE!!
I started drinking this after having nonstop kidney stones (I grow em big too 6-8mm) and 4 failed basket retrieval surgeries that resulted in 4 lithotripsies. That’s going under general anesthesia 8 times in 18 months!!! All pretty much bc I always hated to drink water. People would tell me that flavored water packets were bad! And to drink plain water only! Yuck! I was determined to find a healthy solution. So about 7 years ago I started drinking this regularly. It’s made with organic lemon & Stevia! My Urologist told me to drink water with organic lemon juice or concentrate. This is made with STEVIA!! 🥳 It’s from a natural plant that’s good for you! It actually helped to lower my blood sugar to a normal A1C too! I was always “insulin resistant” and dehydrated. Not anymore! This mix changed my life. My guilty pleasure is to make PURE lemonade, and add just a little bit of fruit punch to it! Yummy! The PURE flavors are the only ones made with organic lemon & STEVIA vs. that Aspartame stuff that’s been shown harmful to the 🧠! It tastes great, when I serve it to guests, nobody has ever complained about an aftertaste. It’s just the opposite. People say it’s great! I’m not getting a paid endorsement from Crystal Light, (I’d happily take the job though) I’m happy to share this info with anyone that it can benefit because I can vouch for the great health changes in my life. I went 7 years without any kidney problems. I knew I had some stones, but they didn’t bother me for a long time. I had those blasted, and no more issues for almost two more years! Btw, “Stone Blocker” pills work great to break up stones! It’s made with Chanca Piedra. CLPure: It’s very low calorie, (sugar free) tastes great & Stevia has been proven that it lowers blood sugar! Love it!

Healthier than Aspartame-Sweetened Crystal Light Lemonade, and Far Healthier than Sugar-Sweetened
Much healthier than the aspartame-sweetened Crystal Light lemonade, and much healthier than any sucralose-sweetened drink, and if you drink this sort of thing regularly, this "Pure" lemonade is way healthier than any sugar-sweetened drink. Note that sugar includes fructose and corn syrup. Don't be misled by the fact that this has some sugar in it, because the amount of sugar in this is only 1 gram per about 12 ounces of lemonade, which is only 1/4 teaspoon, or about 1/40 of typical sugar-sweetened drinks. If you do the research, the daily amount of sugar (of any kind) should not exceed about 33 grams, and 1 typical 12-ounce sugar-sweetened drink has about 40 grams, so just one 12-ounce sugar-sweetened drink exceeds the total daily maximum for good health. Even though stevia is not listed first in the ingredients, and sugar is, this product is almost entirely sweetened by stevia; it just means that the 1 gram of sugar weighs more than the stevia, so stevia is much sweeter per unit weight. Getting away from too much sugar is the number one priority, but I have learned that stevia is significantly healthier than aspartame or sucralose. Seriously, I drank aspartame and sucralose sweetened drinks for years, and always had problems with loose stool and diarrhea, not realizing it was due to those artificial sweeteners. Seriously, I never knew, and probably most other people don't know either, even though those artificial sweeteners are way healthier than the amount of sugar in sugar-sweetened drinks. Unfortunately, this healthier stevia-sweetened lemonade doesn't taste as good as the regular aspartame-sweetened Crystal Light lemonade, but it tastes good enough, and is such an overall improvement in my life, the not-as-perfect taste is gladly accepted. The number one life-improvement in my entire life was quitting sugar-sweetened drinks, when diet-coke came out, which uses aspartame, so it's way better than sugar, but I didn't realize the loose-stool and diarrhea problems were being caused by the aspartame, and later the sucralose even worse. Only after using stevia for a long time while not using aspartame or sucralose, did I eventually realize the correlation with the loose stool and diarrhea being caused by aspartame and sucralose. It's hard to tell, because other foods can cause the same problems, and it takes a while to realize the correlation with the artificial sweeteners. Please believe me, the not-quite-as-good flavor of this stevia-sweetened lemonade is well worth the better health.

Really like these and they replaced other beverages I would buy.
I found these because recently while traveling for work I was looking for a way to hydrate without just drinking water or turning to store bought beverages and diet sodas. I also carry insulated 24 or 32 oz hydro flasks wherever I go to any gym or in my travel and business backpacks or shoulder bags. What I love about these is I can carry packets everywhere in my backpacks or shoulder bags, jacket pockets, shorts so that I always have refills when I want. Raspberry lemonade may be my favorite (I’m bored with the tropical punch flavor)and I just ordered a bunch of watermelon packs to try. I think the balance between stevia and sugar is OK although I’d rather have all Stevia. For my 24 is or 32 oz bottles I’ll use 1.5 to 2 packs min for flavor. These are just sweet enough at their recommended mix amount and I seem to like a tad more. I also buy the “Propel” brand of drink packs which are good, but use a nonstevia sweetener that is probably less healthy, but they are tasty too. I keep lots of boxes of both around so I have at least 4 or more flavors to grab. In fact, I keep a container out with a mix of packets on my kitchen counter for anybody to use. Glad to see my son using these too lately. Also, I used to buy many cases of Bai Coconut water which I love and Sparkling Ice diet drinks which I also like from Sams Club and I find I don’t do that anymore. Just too easy to use these Crystal light in the go packets. I highly recommend these for flavor and convenience.

My least favorite flavor (‘cause GERD) but the best price, and still superior to any other packets!
TL;dr: Crystal Light Pure is how I feed my caffeine addiction. All flavors are vastly superior to the “regular” caffeinated packets. Those, after trying the Pure, are like downing heartburn. I have GERD, and whatever it is, Pure are the easiest on my esophagus! This strawberry lemonade gets the job done, but I cringe a little when this is the only flavor I have left. It’s more tart and acidic than the other flavors. But it’s lemonade, so it is as advertised! I buy it because it’s less expensive. Caffeine addiction really adds up! My usual go-to is the tropical citrus. I like the mixed berry also, but haven’t found a reasonable price. The price of Crystal Light Pure Energy is worth it when compared against the experience of drinking the non-Pure Crystal Light Energy or generic (ex: Walmart) equivalents - omg! So yeah, this flavor is my least favorite. But it’s still Pure-tasting. It’s safe enough for my upper GI tract. I do not experience the horrifying cruel burn that the non-pure packets deliver. I didn’t know how bad I had it until I had tried Pure and then tried going back. It’s still too expensive, IMO, but this flavor is the most reasonably priced (though prices can change suddenly on Amazon so apologies if this is no longer true!). Someday I should stop caffeine. The end.

Healthy choice.
My husband will not drink water and was constantly going to beverages with fake cancer causing chemicals. I switched to this because it is low sugar but it is real sugar and stevia with low sugar overall. It is not as sweet but a good drink. Little pricey though.

Not a good replacement for the original "On-The-Go Peach Iced Tea" packets ...
Crystal Light seems to have discontinued the original On-the-Go Peach Iced Tea packets (the packets that you mix with 16 oz of water), which I have had on Subscribe & Save for years. Amazon suggested the Crystal Light Pure version, so I tried it. Sadly, it is NOT the same. Not even close. The Pure version tastes more like lemon-flavored iced tea with a very very slight subtle hint of "peach" flavor. It's also not nearly as economical: the original On-the-Go Peach Iced Tea boxes contained 10 packets; the Pure version contains only 7. I'm going to have to figure out some way to use the larger-size Crystal Light Iced Tea products (the ones that make an entire pitcher). The flavor of this just isn't that good. Perhaps if you've never had the original Peach Iced Tea mix, this might work for you. But if you're expecting a similar taste, you'll likely be disappointed.

One of Summers Wonderful Refreshment's
Had this tea for the first time last summer, on a dry, hot, dusty afternoon in the welcome coolness in shade of a tree. I love peaches and enjoy tea but, didn’t think the two would go together. I was wrong. The first sip as it wetted my parched throat turned me into an instant fan. Unfortunately I’m only able to find it locally once in awhile and I quickly go through the packages so I never seem to buy enough. I always forget you can get almost anything from Amazon which I did. In my opinion served in a tall glass with ice and a sipped through a straw you to can find that perfect refreshing drink you didn’t know you were looking for, until now.
