Angled Ceiling or Wall Mount Magnetic Replacement Base Plate for Google Nest Outdoor Camera (Battery), Strong Neodymium Magnet, Wireless Camera Not Included

As title says good idea and design.

While I have been using the Google Nest Cam Battery for almost 2 years now, the one thing that always bothered me about the factory magnetic mount was how limited it was in orientation. While you could position the mount to the angle you desired, 95% of the time it would revert back towards center. The maximum angle was probably around 45 degrees down from my roof, meaning I missed a lot of the video activity from the street/sidewalk. Worse yet, if I happened to find the position I liked, a little bump while pushing the reset button on the camera would have me repositioning for pretty much a half hour trying to get back to the original position. I blame this on the lack of friction between the camera and the mount, or maybe it's just too weak of a magnet.Enter the Mavnek Angled Magnetic Base Plate. From the first time I positioned my camera, it retained the exact position I set it to. I noticed at least 25 degrees more angle travel in any direction than the factory mount. You can see in my pic how the camera is now about only 15 degrees down from my horizontal roof line. Even better, either the magnet is much stronger or the surface of this mount provides enough friction to keep the camera locked even when I touch it or clean it. I no longer have fears of touching my camera. Thank you for creating this much needed product and bringing it to the market.

A must for the Nest Battery Cam that needs a magnetic base to operate! Easier to mount then original, just uses one provided screw!
