On the container it says to use protective gloves, and face and eye protection. Are the last two really necessary?
Do you put this inside the bin bag or the bottom of the actual bin? Surely if in actual bin there's lots of gunk to clean out every week?
Would this be effective in getting rid of smells from used cat litter? Even though I use scented bags the bin still smells horrendous

AMAZING!
Every year my bin smells BAD! and I have a full bin every single bin pick up, which is every 2 weeks. I used to get a company to come clean it..but I didn't want it through the winter months..and the bin cleaner said..its all year round or no cleaning for me!! lol..well... I bought this instead. I haven't looked back. It's amazing! I honestly didn't expect too much when I bought it..but its been brilliant. No bad smells..and the temperature has been high..nearly 30 degrees. My bin smells lovely actually, berry smell.. no bad smells at all. I have no idea why or how it works..but it does..and thank god for it!

Great smell, works well
Snell divine and does the job of masking any smells and soaking up the liquid.You only need a little at the bottom of bins (I use them at bottom of food bin and black bin)

Is good but strong smelling
I purchased this to keep smells at bay in our bin, on first opening there is quite a strong chemical smell from it. I find it stills has the strong smell once poured in but dies down after a few bits of rubbish are put in. It definitely helps a lot with the smells but doesn’t take it away completely. Also for the small tub that it comes it, it can be a little pricey.

Having had serious issues with flies and maggots through heatwaves this year, I resulted in buying this. Unfortunately the flies didn't repell and infact it didn't make any difference to the issue but it did sort of help with the smell.I will keep persevering with it and try different scents as my mum uses it and has no problems, her partner fishes alot so their bin always has flies after the fish remains but she said it works. Would recommend though

Ordered a smaller size to trial it and have just ordered another.
Have also purchased for family members so they can try it on their own homes as they love the smell when they come around and need to pop something in the bin.

Good little product
It’s a good product and it works. Throw the powder in the bin or bin bag. I just find the scent a bit sweet and sickly with the one o bought. I would try other scents again to see if I found a better one.

I’ve got a spray that I squirt in the big bin after every collection. I put some zoflora on a piece of kitchen roll at the bottom of my kitchen bin. (Before bin bag has been fitted).
