Loved this vacuum cleaner when it arrived. It’s a big workhorse and perfect for a large house. Incredibly disappointed that it has stopped working after a month! Not what is expected from a Miele product!

10/10 build quality, it's a little bigger than I imagine but still pretty lightweight so easy to do the stairs, it's a fairly wide body but was stable enough to rest on a step.Effortless to pull along as you go almost like it's floating.I have a EUFY G30 doing a daily round on turbo suction anyway so didn't think this would pick up much but WOW actually picked up way more than I expected.Really nice suction, fairly quiet and has an amazing sound you can tell the motor is proper quality just from the noise it makes.Really simple to easy empty and can clean it's own filter what's not to love?I was tempted to order a SEBO instead because they have a longer warranty but the bagless of the Miele and not having to buy filters won me over.super happy with the performance and sound.The noise the turbo head makes as it spins is like ASMR, almost turns me on LOL

Used our new Miele Blizzard CX1 Cat & Dog vacuum today for the first time. Got a shock at how big it is! It's like an industrial type machine! It moves surprisingly easily when it is on. I didn't feel like I had to drag it or there was any weight behind me, so got around the furniture without effort. However, I found it heavy to carry upstairs and it takes up a lot of space in the cupboard. I wouldn't buy it for an elderly or frail person. Positives... it certainly glides along effortlessly and has super suction, it's not as noisy as my last smaller hoover and not as noisy as my Dyson was. Weight is probably comparable to the original Dyson animal or maybe a bit heavier. The handle on the hose felt really comfortable and seemed like a good addition making vacuuming easier. The hose can extend a far bit so it was easy to get under the sofa and tv unit. Upholstery tool was great on the sofa and chairs. It definitely gave a deep clean and took less effort than my old vacuum. It feels very sturdy standing on its end and I got most of the stairs done with the unit sitting in the hall. It came with two large heads as well as the crevice, upholstery and a brush tools. Both large heads worked well. The turbo one did an amazing job on the rug and stair carpet. The other large head was designed for wooden floors but could easily press the switch on the head with your foot to change it to carpet. I had to turn the power right down for the door mats as the suction was so strong. I normally have to take an antihistamine before vacuuming but there was no issue, no dust or smell. Everywhere looks really clean and it was very easy and quick to detach the head to do the skirtings. Hopefully this will be a good purchase for us but at the moment I'm still baulking at the size and weight of it which I hope I don't regret.

This is a powerful vacuum cleaner. I had a spare turbo head from our previous vacuum cleaner which works well with this one. The bag-less system is very good and will save a lot of money on not having to buy bags.It is a big and powerful machine and suits our needs.

Great vacuum cleaner, which is very easy to manoeuvre around furniture with very little effort. Suction power is great for animal hair and both hard and soft surfaces, with a function to allow for more or less suction, which is great for doormats and rugs. I like the fact that the tools are easily accessible, but don't keep falling off like some other brands .It has a handy integrated brush head for stairs and upholstery as part of the wand which is ingenius. Easy to empty, and had £100 off, so an all round good buy! Only really 2 small things I would change, and these are adding a light to the head (to see dog hairs under tables etc), and maybe ability to sit on the stairs. The second is not essential though, as it has a long hose.

Well where to start. The vacuum cleaner is just top notch quality. Very modern appearance, bagless and super powerful.I would easily give 5 stars.The problem I encounter was I purchased the product from Amazon warehouse deals in acceptable condition which means there are cosmetic issues which doesn't impact the functionality, which wasn't the case. The item arrived with a missing component, the hose. Then the floor rush was unfunctional. When I called Amazon product support to notify them they said to return the item, something that I didn't want to as be they should have made sure the product they sell is functional in first place. Iafter some negotiation I got a partial refund and was advised to purchase directly from the manufacturer the missing and faulty bits. Miele have done a brilliant job and resolved in a matter of minutes. The question remains with Amazon warehouse quality checks and control and how they are putting something for sale which is not functional? Amazon needs to improve and be aware and coutious when you purchase from Amazon Warehouse.
