comfortable and works well. Sometimes is a little tricky to wrap around the back of my ear, gets caught in my hair a lot. Bought it to take video calls for work on my laptop. I can hear others very clearly. Comes with various sizes of rubber plugs as you'd expect any decent earphones should.

Avantree impressed me when they immediately followed up my purchase with an enquiry into my satisfaction with the product, I explained that although I like the comfort and sound quality, the inline volume control did not work with my iPod. Immediately they got on the case investigating the issue (and not even Sennheiser seemed to be interested in resolving this one). Soon Avantree got back to me to say that although they had been unable to find a way to make their earphones work with my device, they were sending me this upgraded pair of headphones, and they're great, easy on the ears in every way even, if I have to control the iPod volume on the iPod itself. Avantree are now my first port of call for more hardware like this. Not just because they produce good quality product for a reasonable price but because their customer service took my breath away. Fitted well, felt solid, and good sound quality especially for the price.

I have these just for backup when my wireless ones need charging. They are not perfect for me and don’t stay in my ears very well, but they are well made and good quality. I’ve had them a while and they still working well for the price The cable gets a bit tangled and that’s even with the little clip. Sound quality in terms of picking up calls is good. For my music it’s ok

I love these earphones so much I bought a pair for my son who kept borrowing mine. They’re a lovely fit over your ears and the sound quality is great. I use mine to listen to podcasts in bed for the comfort and neat size . They are not sore to wear , even after long periods. When one earpiece stopped working after nearly a year I wasn’t sure of the warranty but upon checking found out it was two years! Contacted the company directly on live chat and everything was seamless. A new pair sent out straight away ,a prepaid label to send the faulty pair back . No waiting time! Wow , what a great customer experience. And they only cost £15.99! Bag yourself a pair.

First set I sent for had modern USB type connection, (Model no:- ADHF-L171, which didn’t fit my old portable CD player. My own fault for not looking at the sales details, online. Sent for the correct one, Model no:- ADHF-E171-BLK, whilst waiting for returns label etc. Both articles had arrived pretty quickly. Now I’m using correct model for me, very satisfied, excellent value for money, very good quality, earbuds very comfortable, very long cable length, with useful little cable clip to hold any extra length not needed. Very well designed, using some fresh ideas, I think, with the shaping of the over ear piece, and , if the microphone is the same quality as the rest of the production, I’m sure that is probably very good too, but it was not part of my needs. Took one star off for difficult terms and conditions when trying to return unwanted set. Decided to keep instead of return, and sell the article on, less hassle.

I work as a call center assistant and since this quarantine I have been working at home. I normally always wear wireless earphones, but with the program we use at work and using remote computer from home, wireless makes the calls choppy. I needed to find some wired headphones to go with my iphone X. I got these hoping they would work well for my work and I am pleasantly surprised. Especially for the price! I have been using them for a few days now, for 8 hrs straight. I have been told by others on the phone that the mic is working well, I am coming through very clear - so no issues at all there. I can hear everyone fine, the sound quality is actually really great and they fit me well and are very comfortable. For me, I need the type of headphones that either go fully around the head or wrap around the ear. The little earbud type and air-pods always continuously fall out of my ear. With these, I can comfortably work at my desk, move and look around, the earphones don't fall out. The wrap around isn't rigid, but that might make more comfortable. I don't have any issues with discomfort. I also wear glasses while reading and working on the computer and they fit well with my glasses. So I do recommend these, so far so good. I haven't had any issues yet with them.
