Love it ! Great buy .Super easy ,all I did was open the box cut the plastic and just like that it opened to it's shape and had the cover on ! I'm so pleased with the Width , Sturdiness, Stability , Super Soft Beautiful Fabric ,and arrived early in one day.I'm so thankful .I bought the four step stairs for my shih Tzu she needed help getting in bed ,Now she can get on and off on her own. Will purchase another one for the living room . 👍

Works well for 20# dog to get up and down sofa and bed. The steps are tall enough for her to walk directly onto to sofa; she has to take an extra step onto the bed. Dismounting is easy because of the slope of the rounded stairs — they give her more room to place her paws vs. having to be exact with more tradition/rigid steps.Packaging was awesome. Opened box, removed one layer of shrink wrap and the stairs started to expand, then removed another layer of shrink wrap and they fully “bloomed” with the cover already on.The handle is great because I bring the stairs to bed for her at night and then to the sofa in the morning.

Originally I purchased the regular 5 steps version rather than the curved steps ramp style. Eventually with the 1st style I got my pup to go up... veryyy slooowlyyy, but he was extremely hesitant and worse going down. It took a lot of coercion and me standing right there for him to even use it. I bought it because he injured his leg and my bed is really high. At almost 9 yrs old & a small boy, only 10 lbs, I felt it was time to teach him a new way of getting on & off my bed so he doesn't end up doing major damage to himself. I decided the stairs version was still putting too much pressure on his hind legs with each step up and was also afraid he would fall off going down, so sent the stairs back and bought this 5 curved steps version instead. He took to it immediately!!! There's no pressure on his legs to walk up and he looks very confident and safe going both up & down. I wish it was a bit wider for better stability and not sure how it supports a heavier dog, but other reviews and videos seem to look fine. I love the material, the beige color is really nice and it immediately expanded into perfect shape. I know some people end up with defective ones, but they really should send it back for a replacement rather than forgetting it altogether because both the 1st style and this one inflated perfectly. I 'm extremely happy with my purchase and so is my baby. If your animal needs stairs due to pain or weakness in their legs, I highly suggest getting their curved steps style as opposed to regular steps.

These pet stairs are fantastic. They are made of a firm but soft foam material with a removable zippered cover. The fabric is of high quality and I really like the pattern. It took a while for my cat to get used to climbing up and down it, but now she loves it to get on and off my lap. This was a perfect purchase and I'm so glad I chose this particular one.

Keep in mind if you have a bed with a frame around it, it won’t sit flush against it and there’s a gap the size of the bed frame they will need to jump over. This thing is huge! Measure it out first. It does hold up to my 2 eight lb pups who I had to train with treats to use it but now they always do. It’s soft and sturdy but wouldn’t be for a very heavy dog I don’t think. It could tip over on a big dog. I have mine against a bench. It’s not pretty but it’s needed! It works.

We recently moved and my two dogs love to get on the bed. However when they jump down from the bed, they slide and I was worried that they might get hurt as there is no carpeting. When I first unpacked these stairs, I immediately thought that I would send them back. I thought that there is no way that they would poof up like they were supposed too. I looked at the directions which stated that it could take 2hrs -24 hrs. I was quite surprised within a couple of hours how much they had expanded, we used them that night. Even though they are soft, they are still sturdy. It took me a minute to get both of them using them, but they do, and it gives me comfort knowing that they wont get hurt. There is no assembly required, just give it some time!

Bought these for my little dogs, primarily for my senior dachshund to easily get on and off the couch. She wouldn’t use ramps or actual steps, but she has taken to these and tiniest dog LOVES them. I worry a lot less knowing they have a safer way to get up and down from the couch. The steps are lightweight with a little handle that makes it easy to pick up and move to clean around. Definitely recommend, especially if ramps or steps haven’t worked… these are a great combo! I have the 4 step version for a standard size couch and it fits perfect.

These steps work great for our Chiweenie. Now he can walk right up to those high places he was unable to get to before. The foam is firm and the covering looks to be very durable.
