Good product and easy enough to fit. A few reviews have mentioned no instructions....They were printed on the package/box it comes in..(at least mine were). Have to admit though...I didn't use a hairdryer to warm the adhesive tape but to be fair it was very sunny and warm on the drive so fingers crossed LOL.The product itself does fit my Dacia Duster 4x4 and it doesn't go all the way across the rear bumper but I did measure first and that is what I expected so I am happy with the fit.The fixing tape is quite thin and was enough to put three lines along the rubber with a little bit left over, (I would have preferred wider tape or a second roll in case any of the first application failed).The rubber is curved to match the rear boot sill and looks well when in place.Over all I am happy with this product and it seems to be up to the job of protecting the sill area when loading etc..Based on my experience I would reccomend this product.

Amazing product and the offer to send me a 2nd tape by the seller was just wonderful customer service. The 3m tape provided with rubber worked masterfully and stuck extremely well. Has been on the car a week now and fits beautifully, looks professional and firmly sticking to my bumper. Very inexpensive solution to protect from my dogs paws and an extremely happy customer.

Well it went on so easy, however it also came off as easy on the M6.As there were no instructions i went with my gut, however reading reviews you have to melt the adhesive for a better application.As i did not do this ours is lost and i just have adhesive in the back of the car.Great.

Doesn't fit my car but that's my fault. Should have measured up first. However, the rubber protector seems strong enough to do the job. My only concern would be sticking it to the bumper. The supplied tape is narrow. I would be concerned about water being trapped under it. If you aren't too worried about removing it at a later date then I would use an impact adhesive to give a good water tight seal.

Great item to prevent scratches on the bumper when loading and unloading my dogs. Because it's soft rubber, they find it easy to get purchase when getting in and out of the car.Easy to fit and so far, has stayed in place. I must have got the fixing method right!One down side. Find it a little short, or it's just that my bumper/tailgate are wide. Pity there's not a longer version.

I bought this to stop my dogs paws slipping on the back bumper as they get in and out of the car, and also reduce the scratching on the paintwork. It's good quality and easy to install, also much cheaper than the metal strip that Nissan wanted to charge me £115 for!

I haven't put this on yet (awaiting bumper scratch paintwork, we were reversed into) but I am impressed with the quality and thickness of the product.Please be aware that it has a slight curve to it, it is not just a straight strip of rubber.

Excellent matte finish. Extremely supple and very, very flexible. (I bought the 41" unit - it is actually 40-3/4")The edge is very thin and "might" contain excess molded material that is paper thin, this is easily removed with sharp scissors, do this before applying. The 3M VHB tape supplied is of course, excellent quality also and very thin, so it does not add much thickness at all.The back side of the material is gloss and glass smooth. It might contain de-molding oil. Clean with rubbing alcohol prior to applying the 3M tape.Apply the tape about 3/32" from the edge to the entire perimeter. Do not apply the reminder in the center - it is not needed.Find the center lengthwise and slit the 3M VHB tape protective film. Fold about 1/2" on each side to the outside - You'll need to do this before applying it to your car. Make sure you have cleaned you car pain with a good detergent to get rid of oil, road grime, etc... for the 3M tape to adhere correctly.Center the piece and make it follow the contour of your car "without" peeling the tape yet... The natural curve of the material might not match your vehicle, but the material is very flexible so it can follow your own car's bumper shape. Once you got it !... start peeling the 3M tape film slowly from the center out, and let the material simply rest back into your bumper.For good measure I used a small paint roller (with a small nap) to firmly press around the edges. Very little pressure is needed.The result was flawless on my BMW X6 - It looks as standard factory equipment.PS: Originally I tried to use a clear protective film and it was a disaster, having to remove it due to the awful finish.This rubber bumper protector fit and finish was absolutely perfect.

So I got this to protect my rear bumper for my Audi Q7 and yes, I'm satisfied with it. It looks well made but is not a perfect cut (you can see it on the pictures). My rear bumper is not flat like the other ones pictured but still works fine because is a rubber material. Make sure to buy more double tape because the one that came in the box is not enough. I would recommend you to heat the double tape before applying it to your bumper with a hair dryer or either way a heat gun. l know it looks weird on a Q7 but it does the job and that's what it matters for me...

Works well, and does protect against scratches. I applied it to my Acura MDX which has a curved trunk entrance. Took off a star because applying it smoothly around the curve took some planning and it doesn't quite cover the entire loading area its about 1" deeper than than the width of the strip. I didn't use the adhesive as recommended. Instead I cut it into strips and focused on the outer edges. I've had it on for 7 months and it hasn't peeled or fallen, and has withstood Florida sun and rains as well as North Carolina snow. Looks nice against and doesn't stand out.

I purchased this item because of the price and it seemed able to be installed on my daughter's Chevy Sonic hatchback. I had to shorten it with a shipping knife and then spent time centering the piece. I applied the 2-sided tape and cut it at the center to facilitate the install. I took my time and it looks 'Factory' expect maybe for the cut ends (which is not a big deal to me). I used a hair dryer to heat up the bumper cover and rubber strip. The bottom of the rear hatch door easily clears the top of the rubber protective strip.

This was one of the best purchases I could have made. My dog would jump into the back of our 2016 Ford Explorer and claw the overhang in the bumper. This is no longer an issue. I’ve had these for months and they have stayed in place. No discoloration either.

I am angry at the amount it cost to return this item because it stated it would fit my vehicle and it does not and cost me almost half what it cost. Buyer beware

It's a pliable piece of ribber that helps minimize dogs from scratching up my bumper paint. The roll of 3M automotive adhesive tape that was supplied will have to be trimmed to fit and sticking it on will be...fun, but be methodical and you'll get it.Update, the rubber did not stay with the adhesive strips and fell off.

I thought that this product would be good as it was in the beginning but about 3 months after installation, the 3M tape failed and the rubber guard fell off. I tried to contact amazon to help me get in contact with the seller to rectify the issue, but according to amazon, the manufacturers doesn't exist anywhere and now I'm stuck with a faulty product. Don't purchase unless you want to get stuck with a rubber strip to just lay across your bumper in hopes that it doesn't fly off with then next gust of wind.

This item is top notch and fits so well the BMW dealer service men asked me was it a new BMW accessory.

I bought this for a 2016 Lincoln MKX. If you need to give it a slight curve for the back bumper, lay it out in the sun for a while. It is durable and a great protector for the bumper.

I had to cut it to fit my Mazda CX-7 because it was too wide(length was ok). The problem I had with my black car that the sun heat melted down the adhesive tape. Adhesive tape(or what it is left from it) looks like a gum. I wonder what would happen with the tape in hotter places like Florida.

Two person job, but provides protection and looks manufacturing installed.

Material isn’t bad. Make sure to heat tray the 3m tape before applying and to make sure u cover every corner cause if not there will be spots that stick up.

PRODUCT LOOKS GREAT. YOU MUST CUT AND CONFIGURE TO FIT, BUT I KNEW THIS WHEN PURCHASING. JUST BE CAREFUL, ON HOW MUCH YOUR VEHICLE REQUIRES. I DID THE FRONT AND BACK DOOR SILLS AND THEY LOOK LIKE THEY CAME RIGHT FROM THE FACTORY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE..

Does not even remotely work on a car, and only equipped with tiny sized 3m tape, DO NOT RECOMMEND this product! Returned!
