These are great because they didn't cause gastrointestinal issues like the other iron supplements I tried, and they are significantly cheaper. They did raise my ferritin and hemoglobin levels after a few months of use.

Work well. Very small and easy ti swallow. Do not upset my stomach like other iron supplements. I still take with food. Work well. Iron levels went from 8 to 10 in about 3 months.

I’m a senior and I would have never thought that I would ever have a issue at my age, with low iron! But surprisingly I did! Then I came across a suggestion to pull your lower lid out, to check if you inter lid was pale. Because it should be a nice pink! Well to my complete surprise! There was no color at all! They were solid white! Now for the product. I love these. There is no bad taste or heartburn after taking these! They don’t upset your stomach either! And no bad smell! There exactly what I was hoping for! And they also work.
