Quality Product - optimal levels of Vitamin D
I have been taking this supplement from Peak for many years and although I don't "feel" a difference, all of my bloodwork shows the level of Vitamin D that it optimal for my age and as a woman. It does not upset my stomach at all and I have never had an issue with the quality of the product. For reference I get bloodwork done several times a year to manage my overall health as a peri-menopausal woman. I take 1-2 pills each day depending on what time of year it is and how much sun I am getting throughout the day. I highly recommend this product and trust that I am getting the levels advertised based on results from testing on my end.

My labs came back and it showed that I was vitamin D deficient. I started taking this product and now my levels are normal. Clean ingredients. One tiny pill a day that's super easy to swallow. No smell. A VERY faint taste of black pepper. No stomach upset/irritation. Effective and Great value for money. I do recommend!

Never do anything unless you have educated yourself. I'm a dietician. so, be careful! Having said that, dawg is helped with allergies and gunky eyes. Still, be careful! I am a dietician trained by professors. So, get expert advice, please!Now, once the issue is resolved, stop using the supplements, please!
