Doesn't initially inspire confidence
The overall impression is 'plasticky' and the controls, such as they are, don't feel very positive and don't inspire confidence. Not sure how long this will last. No instructions and it was just a little confusing as how to fire it up but after perseverance I got a nice little slightly adjustable flame which will handle my wiring heat-shrink jobs which is why I bought it. It's priced slightly higher than many of the mains powered heat guns that are available but it is definitely lighter and more compact. Time will tell as to whether I made the right choice.

Glad I didn't rate this from the beginning. When it works it is terrific, but having filled it twice I cannot get it to fill anymore. I appear to be using the correct stuff, it just won't fill and has become an expensive waste
