Not loose like some other backings that just fall off. Perfect variety for every earring you would need. Doesn’t tarnish and isn’t flimsy. I like how many there are. The carrying container is pretty helpful as well

This was added to the assortment of things I picked up for the lady's of the house. They love the assortment. They also like how nice they look. Nice to have different sizes but this was something I did not know.
