Excellent micro computerI
I have another lower spec. Beelink computer which works well. I therefore had no hesitation in purchasing this machine to replace our aging family computer which can not be upgraded to W11. I am not disappointed. It set up on the installed W11 without problem. I am no expert but it appears to be much quicker than our old machine. I also use it to process Astro photographs in PixInsight and Photoshop. Again it does so speedily.One of the greater benefits to me is the ability to mount the unit on the back of the monitor. This leads me to record the one and only snag I experienced. The mounting bracket was missing from the box. As I had already loaded a fair amount of files before I realised that the bracket was missing I did not want to send the whole thing back to Amazon for a replacement. I therefore e-mailed Beelink and virtually by return I had a reply asking for my address and purchase details and subsequently promising a replacement with tracking information. Great service from which many other companies would benefit from!For this reason I refuse to give the kit less than 5 stars.

Suport exists and responds
min-pcarrived on time. Nice and quiet. Setup and update went well. Windows not activated. Emailed support got a pretty prompt reply asking for photo of serial number and model. Activation code recieved next morning (quick considering uk versus Hong Kong time difference). Now lets see how it performs...

Cool Tiny Puter
Small In Stature, Wide In Purpose, short in name but big in power ...... worth the money and can play games, easy to upgrade and cool to run - ALL YOU NEED IN A COMPACT SIZE

Very fast delivery
Have only just installed the unit so these are essentially first impressions. I would have preferred to wait a few months before giving a review.Initially I was disappointed, on unboxing, to see that it had come with just Linux operating system. However, after waiting an eternity for it to boot up I was relieved to discover Windows 11. Another disappointment was that it only had one USB-C and two USB 3 sockets. With my current keyboard and mouse that took up both of the USB 3 sockets. I have yet to try using Bluetooth accessories on this machine even though I have had problems with mine in the past due to them not being active until after Windows has loaded. Perhaps my hearing is not as acute as it was, but I was impressed by a complete lack of sound from the unit when switched on.

Stuck on boot screen
I bought this as it had been recommended in a computer mag but I had to return it as it just stuck on the boot screen. I see now that someone else in these reviews had the same problem.

Nice compact / fast Mini PC
I bought this as a back-up as I have another Beelink Mini (GTR6) that has been my daily driver for over a year now. I have never had issues with the GTR6 and this unit also seems to be very reliable so far.Great for browsing, media, light to medium gaming and productivity of course - tinkering with Photoshop isn't an issue.I love the design of the unit and it is easy to clean and maintain.I don't see the need to buy a large desktop for most of us nowadays, outside of more demanding gaming sessions, so my older PC Tower has been chiefly retired.
