My go-to pan now
I really like having a non stick pan. Cooking eggs has been a dream. Not to mention all the other foods that like to stick. Super easy to clean. I haven't seen any scratches appear. The handle doesn't get hot, which I really love. Overall, this is a solid pan!

Decent Pan
Good size pan with a nice nonstick surface. I wanted something that would replace large griddle. So far it has worked well with grilled cheese, hash browns. My only complaint is the handle. It is not strong enough. I had to send first pan back because the handle broke off during shipping.

Embarrassingly Bad Handle Design
Normally a product doesn't delight me, I just return it. But, this pan has such a bad handle on it, I'm compelled to write. The useless, metal band with the brand on it, simply falls off. Good thing too, since there is no way the handle will engage the pan with it on.But, with the pan on the flat surface, there is no way to get the handles tab under the hook the pan, without putting it almost vertical. Try THAT when fishing your sole out of a 450F oven. The handle needs to work flawlessly, not be a source of frustration every time you try to move the hot pan.For the price of this pan being north of $100, it needs to work flawlessly.

Crepe fruit
The media could not be loaded. * See edit at the end for more infoSuper excited about this item. It was advertised as a crepe pan, which is what pulled me in. I had crepes once as a teenager at a sleepover. I had never had them before and I was in heaven. They were delicious. So my friend taught me how to make them and gave me her trusted recipe. I was hooked. I started making them for my family and they all got hooked. Now, years later, most of my family makes them for their kids.I started out in a round fry pan but when crepe makers came out we started using those to make them. My kids don't remember making them in a round pan.But I have been missing the flavor of those crepes. They were a little thicker and sturdier so you could actually put fruit inside and roll them up. The ones we make on the crepe maker are paper thin and don't hold up too long. Good, but not the same.So when I saw this pan advertised I knew that it was my destiny to get it.I'm really excited about the size. It's bigger than our crepe makers so we can finally make good sized crepes. I am also very happy to get a ceramic non stick surface. I haven't like what I've read about regular non-stick cookware and how unhealthy it is.The pan is heavy, but not as heavy as regular cast iron, which is a lot harder on the arms when you are having to lift it.I love the depth of this pan. It's so perfect for many foods we eat. We pan fry tortillas and so many other things. The handle has a nice shape to it to make it easy to hold on to and not slip off. I have dropped many a pan unfortunately, but this one naturally keeps it in your hand as the handle spreads out a bit behind your hand. The only potential problem I could imagine with this pan is where the handle connects. There's just one screw in there. It feels very well connected though so I'm not saying it is a problem. Just trying to think of anything that could go wrong. It's very sparkly in the light. It's baked into the surface it looks like. There are good instructions for care and use on the inside of the back label/cover. They instruct how to use it to not damage it and extend it's life as long as possible.Very excited about this pan.5 stars*editNow that I've used this I came back to give it 6 stars. I REALLY like this pan. It really is a crepe/pancake pan. I tried it with eggs and they got a crust on them, just like a pancake would, but the inside wasn't cooked. I didn't realize a pan could be so specific, but this one really is. It does a fantastic job of making a beautiful golden crust on things. My favorite thing is to make big round pancakes on this. Why? It has cut down my cooking time dramatically. With hungry boys I have to make so many pancakes to fill them. This is so fantastic because I just make them each one or two plate sized pancakes each and I'm done!Tip: You want to keep this pan on low heat. It doesn't need even medium heat because it gets too hot and starts to smoke. It's amazing that it does such a good job of conducting the heat that you don't need to have it very high for it to work. I have it on the second to lowest setting on my stovetop and that's enough to cook it great.
