Pros: I get a year’s worth at a great price. It also contains K2 (1 capsule, not 2). Seem to be of good quality and effective ingredients (my labs show this). Cons: 5000 iu is a little much. Wish it came in 3000-3500 size. Larger container with same amount of capsules (less sustainablility).

It doesn't cause any stomach upset or anything. The vitamin K2 really helps because I was prescribed higher Vitamin D once, and instantly got kidney pain until I began taking enough K2 with it. The fact that I didn't get any kidney pain with this one shows they added the perfect amount of K2. It keeps my energy up, and helps keep my body moving. I am deficient in Vitamin D, but this is actually showing me slow improvements and is easy to take daily. Quick Tip: It helps to take fish oil at the same time for better absorption of the D3 since it is fat soluable.

I make sure to take these with a meal containing fat, since vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin. I was previously taking liquid D3/K2, and have several tried other capsule style brands as well. I could feel the difference when I took the liquid one but none of the capsule brands, until I tried this one! I have a few genetic variants that predispose me to low D3, and also my labs had been testing in the abnormally low range even when I was previously taking 4000IU. Since I need higher doses, this is my new and probably permanent go-to!! Also K2 is needed to make sure calcium doesn't build up in your arteries, I can't remember the whole process but there's like a reason for it being included and you don't want to take D3 without it lol

Only way you know if a supplement works is if you get Blood Work done. All these reviews where people say they feel different, have more energy, etc just laugh. You will never feel any different and only see results for blood results after 4 months

The product seems excellent but its got the wrong nutritional panel for B12 insresd of D3/K2. The company assures it is the correct product just with the wrong label. I accepted that explanation along with their certicate of authenticity. And I use other Bulk Supplements products regularly. So if the label wasn't an issue, this review would be 5 stars.
