I wish I could help you with the Lexus. I installed mine on a 1990 Ford Bronco with a 2 1/2 inch pipe & it fit perfectly. I've had it several years, it still looks new & holds up very well. For looks & durability I highly recommend this. I used an exhaust pipe clamp to install this for a more secure fit.
