Assorted Macaron Cookies Gift Box - 24 Count

Sent these to Grandchildren for a Valentines treat. They were packaged beautifully and although I didn’t taste them, the grandchildren thought they were very good. They loved the unique flavors.

These arrived quickly and were surprisingly so fresh and tasty! Very impressed with the quality of these macaroons and they were so colorful! They were the perfect addition for a bridal shower.

Absolutely beautiful colors and subtle flavors. Very sweet!! A little too cruncy for my taste in Macarons. Creamy, lovely centers. Packaging is excellent and packaging great. All cookies came whole and no breakage. My 24 came in 2 boxes of 12 instead of the one 24, but that was great for me. I enjoyed the flavors but would not gift these because of the outer texture and excessive sweet.

Haven’t had too many bad macaroons, but these are really good for frozen prepackaged product. Enjoyed them over a period of months actually a couple at a time out of the freezer. Highly recommend if you’re a macaroon fan.

Okay, I’m going to sound like a spoiled brat and macaron snob, but these are just okay. They are not the worst macarons I’ve ever had, but they are not the best ones either. The key to the flavors is very hard to follow and they don’t have that exact texture that a really good macron has. I would order them again and see if they are different than the first batch. I have tried several times to make these at home and I get it, they are very hard to get that correct texture and the bubbly edge that makes a true macaron so special. I’ve only succeeded in getting that perfect texture maybe 3 times out of 10. Our local grocery store sells these for about $10.00 for 6, but they only have pistachio, chocolate, and almond. They also have seasonal ones like pumpkin. They are made perfectly and I don’t know if they have someone that makes them for the store or what. Oddly enough, they also sell frozen ones that are pretty expensive and have really unique flavors that are really well made. You just have to be patient and let them completely thaw out before you can eat them. I think the top and bottoms are a little on the dense side, but I lived in France for a few months and I ate these almost every day and my waistline was starting to show it. Unfortunately, I was living above a small and family owned patisserie that was my favorite guilty pleasure. I guess once you have the best ones in the world, it makes others taste close, but not the same. I did get a few different ones in France that were not made properly, but there was a shop beneath my accommodations that had the best patisserie’s in the world. I will probably buy these again and they are definitely a good gift item. I would like to see a card that is easier to read and laid out as the macarons are. My husband has always hated them, so we play a game every night where he gets one and I close my eyes and try to identify the flavor. So far I have only gotten the rose and lavender ones correct, but I am not a fan of floral flavors in candy and food items.
