Great Gummies with Ayurvedic Touch
The gummies are enriched with Ashwagandha, Melatonin and Chamomile extracts. Melatonin is knows as sleep hormone generally produced for enhanced sleep. For anyone with stress and sleep depreciation, this helps really well. Ashwagandha helps with stress relief. Chamomile does the work of overcoming insomnia. Well, the gummies have a flavour of Blue berries though but tastes mostly like medicine. You'll eventually get used to it by the end of gummy.
