This is 120 capsules of Shiitake mushroom supplement. These are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste which I was worried about. These did not upset my stomach in anyway either. Love that this is all organic ingredients. Great value for a two month supply.

It is difficult to review a supplement unless you know for sure that you are receiving some solid benefit from it. Nevertheless, you can do your research to figure out if a particular supplement is something that you feel might benefit you.I will share my thoughts regarding this particular product.On the positive side:- Easy to swallow- No bad taste- No strong after taste- No acid reflux after consuming itOn the negative side:- The label was not put on properly (air bubbles in the front center of the label)- The label was a simple blah and plain design, almost as if it was an afterthoughtYou might think I am being overly critical about a simple label, but I am going to further elaborate and share with you why it is important to me.When the label is not even put on properly, it doesn't bestow a great deal of confidence that the manufacturer is not cutting corners elsewhere as well. On 99.99% of the supplements and vitamins that I have purchased under numerous brands from many different manufacturers, the labels are perfectly applied to the product. If this company doesn't care about the outer appearance of their product, then what is there to make me think they care about the inside of the supplement that I am consuming?Also, the single color, blah design of the label, also comes across as an afterthought as well.Was this just a fluke that the label wasn't applied properly? First, it was the center of the label that was bad (not the outer edges that could have happened during shipping).Next, I am giving this SAME REVIEW to another one of their other mushroom supplement products that had the same problem!I am giving this product 3 stars and feel I am being generous in this regard as I do not have confidence in continuing to take these supplements.

I like mushrooms in everything, I like the taste and the texture - but these pills don't really smell or taste like anything. I don't get any aftertaste or any upset stomach or anything like that.I also like that there is no extra fluff or any kind of filler in these pills.

I vastly prefer natural compounds to man made ones when trying to get or stay healthy, because it makes sense to me that natural compounds ought to be better processed by us. I’ve been taking these for months. I like that they’re a single mushroom type in this supplement, I like that the recommended dosage is only one a day, and I like that there are four months in one bottle. I’ve had zero negative side effects and plan to keep taking these.

Mushrooms are a great supplement. I take them in the form of capsules every day. This brand is new to me but I have not had any side effects from it and have only experienced positive effects. It is easy to swallow, there is no flavor to this capsule and it is a good value for what you pay. Would buy again.

I'm taking this because I like the idea of natural supplementation for immune support and heart health. I already take a mushroom supplement that I add to my coffee in the morning, and it's a good reminder from the company that makes this one that the capsules can be opened and the powder added to liquids if you don't want to swallow a pill. I have noticed that the addition of mushrooms to my coffee has the effect of making me more alert and mentally sharp.
