Such a great scanner. Charges quickly, works well, and can scan at very long distances! Easy to connect and use consistent with its scanning.

I purchased this product as the company had to do a full scale inventory reconciliation. We needed something quick and inexpensive as backup to the more expensive ones we had. The delivery was fast, easy to install wirelessly, and still have the capability to use wired. For a quick and easy plug n play scanner for the price you can't go wrong. Battery life can be maxed out by adjusting shut down time. Definitely would recommend.

Works as a barcode scanner should. It is fast and the data transmission is accurate. It is lightweight and the battery seems to last a good bit. I had no issues hooking it up to my phone with an adapter, or using it on a laptop.

Nice Scanner! Easy to use, just plug it in and get going! We use this for scanning pre-printed UPS labels for return and drop off packages. This thing works like a charm, and it’s much quicker than typing in tracking numbers manually. The scanner comes with a card of useful codes you can scan to adjust the settings of the scanner of check the battery, but there’s also many codes within the user manual you can use to set up the scanner to work the way you need it to, such as how long until it goes into sleep mode and then shuts down. I do wish the stand for the scanner was weighted, but likely won’t use the stand much because the scanner sometimes falls over unless you mount the stand securely with screws. Overall does the job well and should hold up for a long while.

As advertised. Works as well as any name brand

I work in a large library and three of us, armed with three of these scanners, inventoried the entire library in three months. It comes with a booklet so you can set it a lot of different ways - including turning the volume up or down. It also has a barcode so you can scan to see how low your battery is getting. We never let it get too low, and it charged in about half an hour. This scanner read old, faded, and even torn barcodes. It read barcodes that were all numbers, and barcodes with letter prefixes. Light weight. Durable (I dropped it or knocked it off the shelves several times). And the bright colors help you find it when you leave it in the stacks! ;) I recommend this product wholeheartedly.

I needed this scanner to be able to hide the first character of scanned serials. This is because Apple idiotically affixes a leading 'S' to the front of a every serial bar code. So scanning the serials includes the leading 'S' and it must be removed. This was a minor problem until Apple deployed random serial numbers in 2021 preventing a simple excel search and replace to fix the problem. Now it requires a scanner that can be programmed to ignore the first character of the scanned serial. Tera Scan DOES NOT do it even though they claim it does. The manual's code page does not work -in fact none of the scan codes for hiding 1 or more characters work. I tried all codes and reset the scanner multiple times and none work. Other codes did work which verified the scanner was processing codes correctly -except for any 'hide a character' codes. Tera scan support was contacted and the situation explained. I didn't receive their emails because they were blocked because the company is on RealTime Blockhole Lists. Communicating through Amazon resulted in delayed responses and tech support ignoring everything I said and sending the same page out of the manual that I already said didn't work. I tried it anyway and of course, it DIDN'T WORK! Amazon refused my first review because I dared to say anything about my negative experience with the seller and their tech support. Which is ridiculous since the seller is also the manufacturer, making it relevant as a warning to all buyers. I returned this terrible product and will not buy any product from Tera Scanner EVER!

just got it , fast , light weight and good wireless range. And such a great price. Out of the box started working , no programming. The best I ever had.

Works flawlessly and can be programmed in numerous ways. Awsome and quick support aswell.

We just love this thing. Plug in and away you go. I can get a good 7 metres away from the computer and still scan without problems. Battery lasts really long too, only charged once in 4 weeks. Nice and quick and accurate too. Will be getting more
