After starting Keto I got a nasty rash on my chest. I did a lot of research and everyone kept saying this black seed oil is the best. So I went ahead and ordered this brand, I can confirm it truly works. I rub it on my chest in the morning and evening after I shower. The flavor was the most mild of any black seed oil ive ever taken, which wa snice. However, the bottle is smaller than most so be aware you might get better value with those priced a few bucks higher.

I was on sleeping pills over 20 years. I add a teaspoon to my tea every night. I no longer need sleeping pills and sleep like a baby. I also have been on pain killers for over 5 months and now I don't need them. If the pain is very bad from a busy day. I take 2 black seed oil pills from the same brand. I wake up with minimal or no pain at all.

Only been using this for a couple of weeks so I can't attest to the medicinal benefits yet. Some people said the taste was off putting but I use it place if olive oil for my salad dressing and find it adds a rather tasty element to an otherwise ho-hum vinegar and oil.

I love this oil. Love it! I use it as a carrier oil with essential oils. I find it is especially soothing and healing for rashes. The quality of this oil is fabulous!
