Huge poster! 3yr old loves it. He's naming all the muscles. The color plan helps to differentiate the muscle groups and is not scary like the other poster that are more realistic. Shipping price from netherlands seems reasonable. Arrived decently fast. Less than 2 weeks from netherlands to washington state.

This poster worked great for Career Day where I was presenting massage therapy as a career option to 6th graders - “planting seeds”. I like that the larger muscle groups are colored differently, making them easily distinguishable for a group of about 30 kids. I also made “shorts” to cover glutes and groin area, as these are younger kids and nobody knows their past history. I named my massage guy and we talked about how everything is attached and connected. Great visual aid!

I bought this for my dad for Christmas. He uses it in his physical therapy clinic to show patient's their pain location and connecting muscles. It is a decent size, good quality (it has been hanging for two years), and has the right amount of detail (not like a child's poster with too little detail or a doctor's study chart with too much for a patient to comprehend).

I ordered this poster and others Dec. 31 and received them in mid to late February after I complained. Now that I have them they are great!

This poster was a great addition to our home gym. Our kids also enjoy looking at and identifying muscle groups. It is well made and durable. Recommend!

I perform personal training services and find this helpful when I’m training because I am able to point to the muscle group being worked. And it’s not too complicated.

This poster is a good size and the vibrant colors give a good pop to a wall. Lamination is of good quality and I expect this poster to last a long time. Good quality for this price point!
