I believe these probiotics are fantastic, and do work, it's just really important to be aware of our particular digestive sensitivities and to NOT take more than one or two of these single strain blends at a time, Saccharomyces boulardi can be taken any time as its a yeast not an actual probiotic. This gives the strains time to colonize and the potency is MUCH higher than what we are ingesting in multi-strain blends. I made the mistake if taking 4 at once and had serious diarrhea and am still trying to rebalance my biome. I am taking Saccharomyces boulardi ONLY by Triquetra until I restore balance. I saw someone else post they were taking MANY of these single strains and look 9 months pregnant. These are NOT meant to be taken that way, the CFUs are WAY too high for that.

Yes indeed, it is working well in my metabolism and providing greater digestive comfort and processing. I had been informed about the specific enzyme prior, and I wanted to try it for whoever is into enzyme processing and digestion; there are definitely a lot of benefits for whoever is interested. This is an excellent product for yogurt making. It produces a very thick , creamy and delicious Greek yogurt. I have a 2 bowl machine and I used 2 capsules for each bowl with organic/grass fed half and half. I highly recommend it!

I believe this helped me recover , as well as a few other supplements to gain a quicker recovery from a medical issue.

Bought this for bone improvement. Appears to help gut health which reduces inflammation and hopefully improves bone strength as well.

I don’t write many reviews but after a week on these I have been feeling a lot less anxious and a sense of inner calm so something is working - no side affects either. Will continue and see how it goes but feeling great overall

This is a good product if you have tummy troubles. It will sort you out and normalise things for you. I found it really helpful when my doctor wasn't interested in my issues. Whenever I mention it to people, including people I barely know, have taken a photo of the bottle to get some themselves.

Bit early to say whether this will be beneficial long term but no side effects so far. Plus it cant be coincidence that family have been suffering tummy bug which I avoided completely?? I cant claim me taking these was the reason I was spared but all that good bacteria??
