This light makes working easier
The light is very bright, easy angle adjustment, long power cord and doesn't get hot which is great when working in smaller spaces when its already warm.

Great for large but tight spaces
I ordered this for our current project that takes us under the 40' long porch of our century house to replace boards and fill in groundhog holes (and clean up a century worth of ick. This light is a great option for this project for a few reasons:1) It has a six ft. cord which let's us plug it into an extension cord and have access to the entire length of the porch.2) It's extremely bright with a large throw, which means we can both work under the porch on different things and still have enough light to see. Previously, we had to use rechargable light sticks, which are great for relatively small places, but it's nice to have this area all lit up at once.3) It's lightweight and easy position. Because the lights are LED, it doesn't get hot. So in the even it gets knocked over, the fire danger is nil.I'm really happy to have this light and it's already worth every penny just in this one project use alone. Now if only it could repel spiders...

WOW that's a lot of light! A sturdy frame and chassis for a bright LED panel.
"Wow" is what I said when I plugged this in. LED panels get brighter, cheaper, and more efficient with time and that progress really shows in this light. The light is also a nice shade. Try to keep it out of anyone's line of sight. The rest of the package is very important too. The LED panel needs to be powered, cooled, protected, and aimed in the right direction to be useful. If the frame/case are bad at any of those tasks, the light is much less useful. Fortunately this light seems to be good at them all. The lens is a hardened glass and the tubular frame is very rigid. There are cooling-fins on the back of the chassis and the power cord is attached to it with a metal fitting. The two main pivots feel solid. They move smoothly when the thumb screw is loosened and hold solid when they're tightened. The plastic pieces are molded from a very hard plastic, and pretty much everything but the tubing is made from it. The light folds down to just a couple inches, but the cord takes up a lot of space and is heavier than the light.I think this light really nails the price and features for a homeowner-grade light. It's tough, but it's not contractors-grade. As a homeowner I'll be using this in the garage, under the car, camping, and painting and it feels like this light could handle that stuff for years.
