I was skeptical at first (per usual), however upon first use and every use since (at least 5 more times) this specific formula that comes in a super convenient and easy to use "roll-on/rollerball" type application ACTUALLY REDUCES/RIDS my lumbar lower back pain within minutes of application. Granted I DOOO apply generously because WHY NOT, especially when I want the pain gone ASAP....there is still plenty left in the bottle but I can update this review with the approximate uses you can expect to get/squeeze out of this product (when using roughlyyyyy 10x left to right lower back circles PER USE) once I run out. ALREADY ORDERED 2 BACK-UPS. PS. The secret is in the Lidocain and I didn't even know this was allowed to be sold OTC like this, SOOO good to know!! Cheers!

This seems to give relief if you can get the top off. Think a redesign of top would be helpful. Older adults do not have the strength in their hands, nor do people with small hands. Only gave 4 stars because of the hard to get off top.

I am always skeptical about products that offer relief but for some reason I thought I would give this product a try. I have nerve damage in my elbow. Doctors said that I just have to live with the discomfort. The product is easy to open (read the instructions on how to open the bottle) and easy to apply. The Will Releave stopped the nagging pain which is not on the surface but rather deep in my elbow. I lent my Will Releave to my athletic kid and they also loved it. Now I have to buy them one too.

I generally suffer from post workout aches and pains. Recently I strained my shoulder and ankle . First off , this product is convenient, easy off top and roll on so messy fingertips post application. Secondly , it’s fast acting , I felt a cool soothing relief almost instantly . And finally long lasting, the product lasts a good while before wearing off. And a minor detail, it smells divine!

I use this product for arthritis in my wrist. However, it does nothing it’s like putting room temperature tapwater onto my wrist with the roller and no reaction whatsoever. I’m really not sure if it’s supposed to be hot cold or what but it did absolutely nothing. I’m sorry this is the first product from Amazon that I’ve ever had a problem with.

At first I really struggled with opening the bottle.. like, really struggled. But once I figured out that you had to keep squeezing the lid the whole time, it got easier to use. The safety lock on the lid is overkill. The product is fast acting and I like the roller balls that glide over the area to dispense even amounts. Other products usually require you to use your hands. So for convenience, I like the glide application. I don't have to reapply more than once, works great!
