These insoles are super comfy. I wear them at the gym. I feel the arch support has helped so much. The fit was perfect I dint have to cut them (7.5) just slipped them into the shoes and done. I've had them for 3 months now, and they are as comfortable as when I first got them. Very easy to insert.

These insole inserts are so comfortable. They help keep my foot aligned and supported which in turn helps my joints and posture. These are for folks that are 220+ lbs and they are comfortable, relieve pain in my feet and are easy to insert into my shoes. Mine are women's size 8-8.5 and the toe box is trimmable with scissors. I really like these! 6⭐'s seriously! They are wide enough for toe area with no toe overhang.

If you have a shoe that is good but the sole is worn out, this is a good fit. Offers better support than the original soleThe size I got works for an eleven wide men's, no cutting, so you may need to figure out your size for this situation.

I like these inner shoe supports that are good to wear and keep my feet in better shape.

It's not 2.5 inches in height. It's actually about an inch only. The edges curve up to about 2 inches. It's more for aesthetics so they can make it seem like their sole is higher than others. It's fine for now. It seems to make my boots more tolerable to wear. But for the price I don't recommend buying these.

I had to stop running due to plantar issues. Did therapy and other things but this fixed my issues instantly. Now I have several pairs for all my shoes. Best part is you can work and walk all day and have zero pain at end of day. Just a great product.

I ordered based on the size chart. The insole is about 1cm shorter than the size chart indicates because the insole itself is 27 cm long, but this is from the upper back edge of the heel cup, which is not how we measure feet. The width seems fine for my shoe (I have a narrow-average women’s foot). I’m using these in my ON men’s size 44 running shoes. They seem like they will be comfortable if I can get the right size.
