These condiment bottles are much better quality than what you will find at the dollar store, especially the top. These are double the cost, but they are so much better. I could never get the little caps to stay on the lids with the dollar store ones, so they were always a pain. These ones have a little valve or septum in them where you have to actually squeeze the bottle for stuff to come out. The top also closes very securely on top of that. I've been primarily using these for maple syrup lately because they are easy to clean up and I can get exactly the right amount of syrup I want. When it gets to BBQ season, I will make my own BBQ sauce and will be using these. I would highly recommend!

I ordered these for personal use, not commercical use. The material feels average, but isn't as thick as I might have hoped. The lid seals tightly, but my concern is the durability of the flip cap since these bottles cannot be sealed if you lose the cap. They dispense thicker liquids well, but because the material is somewhat thin, there's a suction effect if you squeeze too much, which you then have to turn upright and squeeze elsewhere to allow air to get in. The appearance is also not nice enough to leave out to use if you have company, but it's fine for everyday use. If I need to order more in the future, I'd prefer a twist cap for better durability.
