Watermelon sickly
SaltSticks are great, but if you’re running a long way and need to take quite a few, the watermelon flavour is not good.

Not worth the money
Tried it out and it’s not worth the money. If you use a running belt, you can’t really put them in there as they fall out of you’re trying to get them whilst running. They don’t really help performance. Better off trying something different.Taste wise - really nice.Texture - like biting into a pain killer

Not enough sodium
Each tablet contains 50mg of sodium. As a runner, I need 600mg per hour. That's 12 tablets. You would use both packets in less than 2 hours. And have to take 24 tablets in those 2 hours. For a product marketed at exercise, whilst they have the balance of sodium to potassium correct (high sodium and low potassium), there just isn't enough in the tablets, and you'd have to take 1 tablet every 5 minutes!!!. That's just stupid. Other products contain 4 times the amount of sodium in one of their tablets and much cheaper too. This is just ridiculous when you think about it. A 4 hour run would require you take nearly 50 tablets, and cost £15. This company need to rethink their product.
