Great Bluetooth tracker for Samsung phones only. easy to set up with long battery life of 500 days or up to 700 days in energy saving mode.feels well made,works on Samsung offline find my mobile network which as of November 2024 seems to be the biggest on andriod,however it does not work with googles find my device network but that seems far from ready and samsung have done a great job with this device and app with about 300 million users all ready to ping your lost tag location.Do remember to turn ON offline finding if you own any samsung phones as this will help you find your phone even if has flat battery and help the find my mobile network for all of us.if you have a Samsung phone buy it now.

Easy to connect to smart things app.they work really well I'm impressed.great for tracking when travelling. Battery supposed to last a while.love how I can control smart bulb or camera or anything smart i have connected ie air con .plug my sockets all sorts.i found them easy to find locally on the app just following directions and listening for loud beeping noise.just remember they're for samsung so will track better around samsung phones.im going to put some milage between them and see how they do with the ultra wide band .great value on offer.

Nice piece of kit. Upgrade from early version but still limited in location function to apple. Keeps track of your goods.

I already own a Galaxy SmartTag 2 and have had it on my keys for over a year. As I’m prone to misplacing things, I decided it would be useful to have even more. I now have one in my car, one on my car keys, one on my house keys, and a spare for valuable items like my instrument. The four-pack offers great value for money, and by snagging it on a deal, it works out much cheaper than buying individual tags.They are extremely easy to use and set up. All you need is the Samsung SmartThings app installed—when you turn the tag on for the first time, it will pop up on your phone and automatically connect. Setting it up for your desired purpose is straightforward, with options for whether it’s an "on-the-go" or "stationary" item. You can even use it as a pet tracker by attaching it to a dog or cat collar.When using the tracking features, I’ve never had an issue. I’ve lost my keys before and managed to track and find them, even when they were lost in another city. The tracking isn’t live but updates every 5–10 minutes, depending on its location. There are multiple ways to locate the tag: you can ring it, which creates a loud and identifiable sound; use the "search nearby" feature, which feels a bit like a game of hot and cold; or navigate to it using your camera, with augmented reality arrows pointing you in the right direction.Battery life is excellent too—I found mine lasted about a year and a half on a single battery. You can also adjust the tag's tracking frequency to conserve power if needed.Overall, if you’re part of the Samsung ecosystem, I would highly recommend this product as an Apple AirTag alternative. However, it’s important to note that the SmartTag 2 doesn’t work on non-Samsung devices.

Very easy to set up and just work, although they need samsung phone to set up and track. They depend on the tag being seen by other samsung phones to work. Most places this is OK as there is usually a samsung phone near most city locations. Not so much in the country. We use on our dog, suitcases and sometimes keys.

Small, lite and with a long battery life. Also on a special, so great value. Only works with Samsung Galaxy devices.

Do not bother purchasing this if you have a non Samsung phone. I am operating a Pixel on Android 15 yet cannot set up the tags as I got an error message telling me that I require Android 9 or up, even though I am using Android 15. I have the Smart Things app. The product specification should state that it will only work with Android phones to save us the time and money and the seller having to take in returns.I will be returning this.Unfortunately I am still trying to find a compatible tracking device. My Apple tags constantly send out tracking messages as I use an android & this Samsung tag won't connect. Maybe I should stick to Tile.

Awesome device. Works perfectly. Just love it. Use it for my family members who can never remembwr where they put their keys and also use them for my mum and mother inlaw who have dementia. Attached the dogs inside their handbag. So good at locating them. Good to put on dog collar or harness too. Love the feature that the tags can make your phone ring when you have mis placed it.
