This is a great purchase. It works I. Muscle aches and my skin as well! It meets all of the requirements that a red light stipulates and it’s very lightweight. It can even be held for a while, over an awkward spot that you can’t quite reach. Buy it - you won’t be sorry!!

The panel works fine and I did see some good results however, the adapter crumbled into bits! A replacement is almost 90% of the original cost. Their description says they use recycled parts. I wonder if that's why it only lasted about a year?

I dont know if it does anything but I love the way it feels, I mean it definitely makes me sleepy the lights are definitely strong which I hope that means its real red light but one thing that sucks is the the stand for it sucks so I end up holding it or leaning it against something

1st one was sent with an already opened box and missing parts; the stand and instruction book. There were some empty bags inside of box too. I am now waiting more days for a replacement. I will update once that is received. Ok. Replacement arrived ( 2nd photo) everything looks amazing. Still keeping the stars off due to inconvenience with no compensation for my time and gas spent for a mistake that was not mine. Adding to my review; i have used this three times now and it definitely has increased skin circulation and plumping sooner than I expected. I know the long term effects come in a couple months, but was shocked to noticed immediate improvement even after the first session. The book doesn’t go in to details about how to use, but I have done enough research to know too much will stop your progress, so small amounts of time, like ten mins, every other day works for my schedule. I do feel tingling when I am using it too. I just use it when I meditate and its perfect.

I’ve had an ongoing battle with my skin because it’s very fair and sensitive with cystic acne and ingrown hairs from eyebrows to chin. It’s amazing how fast my skin is healing after using this light for a couple of weeks. The instructions were not very thorough as it relates to what strength to use or for how long. So far I’ve been using the level three strength setting for 10 minutes about 4 times a week. I love the curved design of the unit as it seems to cover the sides a little more. I’ve been using it vertically for the first 5 minutes to get my forehead and under my chin and then rotating to the horizontal position to get more of the sides near my ears. I noticed they have a newer version that includes the tall stand, but this older version at a reduced price comes with the table top stand only. Luckily I have an old tripod stand for my camera and it fit the light perfectly and I’m able to use in more varied positions. It’s also confusing because the instructions include how to use the taller stand and it should be made clearer for the old model the stand is an accessory for purchase, although I couldn’t find it sold separately. Since I had such quick results with my skin I’m ready to start using it on my back for inflammation relief. That I’ve been able to deduce from some research the lower level light is more for facial skin treatment but the higher intensity light goes deeper for muscle relief. This is by far my new favorite tool for healing my skin and gaining more self-confidence.
