Quality, Functionality and Unexpectedly Low Price Point
I very rarely write product reviews, but I just had to do this one. **Packaging:** This was very nice experience, everything was very secure, and easy to unbox. **First Impressions:** Very good build quality, has a nice “heft” the vacuum itself feels solid, and the finish is impeccable. The base station is sleek, well built and great proportions. **6 weeks in:** Functionality; The app itself is very feature rich, it ties in to the whole suite of SwitchBot hardware, you can do many different things, from creating automations, adding iOS Shortcuts and bringing it in to a Matter ecosystem. Once the vacuum runs for the first time you get the incredibly details scan of the area, allowing to to segment and label rooms, create no-go areas and define room specific configuration, like how many time to clean and the power settings. Cleaning; It has several power modes, allowing you to adjust for the level of soiling. I was very impressed by how powerful it actually is for the size, you get that lifted up pile look, which is fantastic, it dose really well in corners and I’ve not had one issue yet. Battery; my area is about 45sqm, one charge can clean it twice with ease, but it self manages this and will go and charge itself if it needs to and continue the cleaning after. Noise; even at max power, it very quite, my cat is even not bothered by it, usually he runs away from the hoover! Obstacle Avoidance: The front bumper is responsive and means that if things are moved in its way, it just goes around it, the no-go areas help you tell it where not to go if you have a specific area that it has trouble with etc. I’ve found that it’s really good at adjusting to difference floor types, and handles things like rugs, small curbs really well, the wheels adjust automatically to raise or lower itself based on obstacles it encounters. Integration; The app has support for all the main platforms, Apple, Alexa, Google and the Matter standard, this means you can use voice control to start a cleaning etc. And if you’re in to home automation, you can add it to Homeassistant. Value For Money; Considering everything I’ve just said, I can’t believe how reasonably priced this was, the entire range of products also fall with in the level of quality I’ve described. **Final Thoughts:** I’m very impressed by this product, and the entire SwitchBot ecosystem, it’s a very well thought out and easy to use, I’ve already purchased other devices, and they haven’t let me down.

Genuinely useful appliance
I was of the opinion that robot vacuums were interesting, but probably not smart enough to genuinely save time. I suspected they'd cost me just as much effort to keep babying them as the time they'd save. But with the lidar sensor, the emptying station and some pretty smart design, this appears not to be the case. It's pretty much setup and forget. I've got a couple of cats and I live in a townhouse with 3 floors. The cats are pretty clean, but they do produce floof and their litter tray does mean gritty bits slowly migrate across the house. My K10+ has been patrolling the middle floor, every day for nearly 2 weeks. The lidar maps the house very well. But only really things that are solid and roughly a hand span above the ground. But this still works really well and is easily good enough for effective navigation. I left the door to the balcony open and it thought outside was part of the room. It bounced off the door step for a minute or so before it gave up and continued with the rest of the room as normal. The collision sensor switch is really very effective and well designed. And the navigation and methods it uses to deal with rugs and tight spaces seems to work really well. It seems to pick up pretty much everything that life scatters across the carpet. The cats' litter tray is in the bathroom. I've sent the bot on a special mission to sweep up after one of the mogs got carried away and flung litter around more than usual. App is easy to use. Bot coped fine. I've had one incident where it got too close to the edge of the stairs and panicked. Not sure if this is because our carpet is really thick? I've added a No Go zone so it stops a few cm short of the drop now, but it was probably just a one-off. I've also been careful about clearing the floor of cat toys each day before it runs... Maybe I should give it some more challenges? I've not tried the mopping feature... The middle floor it's on is 90% carpet. I think a bot with a water emptying system is kind of essential if you've got a lot of hard floors in entranceways and the kitchen to cover. I think I'd get a different model for that. The high end models have cameras on them, which might make obstacle avoidance a bit better, but lightly bumping stuff seems to work fine (I hope it never has to deal with a cat "accident" though!). Overall I'm very happy. I'm going to try moving it to the upper floor to see how convenient it is to keep moving it around. But I suspect I'll probably just get another one at some point.

Excellent little bot
Relatively simple to set up. Had it a couple of weeks at this point. User app for viewing and editing mapped areas is a bit fiddly. Has a little trouble docking to the base station on my carpet, where it lives. I had to put a thin piece of card under the dock raise it slightly. Now it's docks, mostly. Maybe better if dock was on a hard floor, but I don't have that option. Only allows 3 schedules. Which again are a bit fiddly to set up. I have a cable tidy that sometimes the bot can conquer, and other times it can't. I put a thin matt over it to help the bot get over it. Also found turning off the anti collision option helped with this too. This option is on or off for all rooms. It can't be set on a per room bases. All that said, once set up, an excellent little bot. Cleans very well. Gets into nooks and crannies other bots can't reach. Self emptying works well, when it can dock. It has a token Mop function, but it's not something I use. After 6 to 8 mths the bot failed. It would try to start up but reported the laser was not spinning, although I could clearly see it was spinning. No worries though. Got onto SwitchBot via the app, included a video with sound in my ticket, and they sent me a whole new complete set up. That's the whole retail package. Brand new. Groovey. I did not try to use the old base with the new unit. I simply replaced the lot. All good again. FYI, for a usage comparison, mine was scheduled to do one room, 3 times a week. I occasionally send it to clean the Porch, hallway, and kitchen.

Issues with mirrored surfaces
Decided to replace my existing robot vacuum with the Switchbot because it offered greater coverage & quieter functionality. Whilst it is quiet , I’ve made a big mistake as found that the SwitchBot struggles with reflective surfaces which means It’s unable to effectively clean my kitchen which has extensive reflective kick boards. Having contacted Switch bot there only solution is to use virtual walls which effectively means I can’t use in the kitchen which is approx 30% of the apartment total area . I didn’t have this problem with my previous robot so huge lesson learned on my part . SwitchBot have said they will refer the matter to their tech team & make this issue clear in their advertising. Very disappointed Video it struggling with the kick boards , it eventually gives up as takes so long.

Small but seriously impressive!!
★★★★★ Small but seriously impressive Wasn’t expecting much because of how tiny it is, but honestly, this thing’s a gem. Set-up was quick and easy, and it connected to my smart home system with zero stress. It’s been running smoothly ever since—quiet, responsive, and does exactly what I need it to. I also love how compact and minimal it looks. Doesn’t take up space or draw attention, but still gets the job done better than some of the bulkier stuff I’ve tried. Really happy I picked this up. Solid bit of kit and well worth the price.

Works Well without Supervision and is Smaller so goes around furniture better
The K10+ is a great cleaner especially because of its slightly smaller size. It was easy to set up and although sometimes it has trouble docking that is made up for by its cleaning and although not the most powerful of cleaners it does clean remarkably well. We have had the bot, we affectionately call him "Botley" for nearly two years and it has made keeping the house clean so much easier. He cleans the kitchen, cloakroom, lounge, dining room and hall, all without supervision. At Christmas we modify the map slightly to take account of Christmas trees etc, which is very easy. This is the first robot cleaner we have owned and we are very please with our Botley. In fact he is one of the family now.

My floors have never been cleaner
Finally a small robot that gets into all the tight gaps and corners. It's cute, navigates beautifully around furniture and cleans thouroughly. The app is well thought out too and has all the features like no-go zones. Love that it's self-emptying, all very hassle-free and hygienic. Mopping function: it's like a Swiffer or Flash speed mop, best suited to smaller areas for a light clean. Not a deep scrub. But it won't damage your hard wood floors with excess moisture, so there's that! I find it useful for day to day mopping.

Good little cleaner
The vacuum is small, significantly smaller than other robot vacuums which is it's first main selling point - this means it's effective at getting places my previous robot could not It's still powerful tho, and cleans well. It's collision detection isn't the best, and it does get stuck on kids toys etc, but it's better than many dumb robots at this price point It's well made, connects via WiFi 2.5g and works well

Enamorada
Gracias !

Amazing assistant
Works like a song ! It learns quickly .. gets the floor spic and span. You can schedule cleaning .. and it does its job perfectly. I’m yet to test the mopping function.

Love it!!! but watch for right plug, and delivery a little late
Giving 4 stars because I love it, works brilliantly and app is so easy to use. The only problem was it wasn’t delivered on time not too bad only 2 days delayed but it came with a 2 pin plug instead of 3 pin so had to buy adapter but once set up it was great and so handy it works with Alexa as well and as you can see my cat loved it 🤣

Small, quiet and clever
This robot hoover is easy to set up, a nice unboxing experience with well designed accessories. It mapped our flat quickly and the app is a nice and straightforward. The best thing is the size, it gets under under sofa and squeezed in tight spots. The fact it empties itself and is pretty quiet when compared to other hoovers are two massive pluses for me.

Small and mighty. I'm really impressed.
Edit #2: Customer support reached out to me and wow, I was very impressed by how they handled everything. Betty was very helpful assisting me, and very responsive. I shipped the defective vacuum back, was refunded shipping, and they sent me a new one. So far that one is working well. They also took care of duties and offered one year worth of consumables! I hope that this vacuum doesn't encounter any issue, but I know that if it does, customer support will take care of it. Amazing. Edit : After only one month of owning this robot, I'm getting an error message that makes it unusable. My "top radar is not rotating" even though it's perfectly fine. I tried everything. Customer support has never contacted me back (you have to go through the app) . I tried calling them at different times of the day and am always getting "no agent available". Same through emails. For 400$+, it's very disappointing. ---- I received this cute vacuum today, to replace my old one that just kicked the bucket after 6 years of loyal service. Very easy to set up, it looks like well made and convenient. The small size is great, it goes everywhere, and clean fairly quietly (especially compared to my old one). So far it didn't get stuck anywhere, and handles my rugs (the sisal one too!) like a champ. I like the app, and the mapping with different rooms is AMAZING (I didn't have that with my previous robot) and allows me to clean that particular room where my cat has his litterbox and puts pellets everywhere. It's only it's first day but I'm glad I chose that vacuum!
