The Defy Crestx Bluetooth Neckband is a major letdown. Not only is the sound quality terrible with muffled bass and tinny highs, but the microphone is also a significant issue. It picks up a lot of background noise and makes it difficult for callers to hear you clearly. The fit is uncomfortable, and the neckband feels cheap and flimsy. The battery life is not as advertised, and the fast charging feature is barely noticeable. The noise cancellation is ineffective, and the overall build quality is poor. I would not recommend this product to anyone, especially if you value clear audio for calls.
