I am very happy with this re-release. It comes in a standard size plastic DVD case with all 3 discs stuffed in, no fuss, which I think is much better than the old cardboard box sets which were bulkier and had to be awkwardly unfolded to see all the discs. This is a great way to own the entire run of this 80s cartoon show if you buy all 4 volumes, and you should get them all because the current prices are fantastic, less than one pound per hour of entertainment. The simple box art looks really cool, I am very happy overall with the presentation and value.

No Complaints
Bought this for when my nephew comes to visit as he has all the Transformers toys but is still a bit young to watch the New Mike Bay movies, they are dated in appearance but for a cheap price you get 3 discs with more episodes than i'll ever need anyway, my nephew has watched them and enjoyed them. They arrived pretty quickly after i bought them too, so no complaints from me.

Great buy!
I can remember watching the re-runs of this when I was a kid, as well as some of the later incarnations of Transformers. & what can I say, what a great idea Cybernetic Life forms that transform into veicals and/or huge orbital cannnons (i.e. Tripycon) who are split into 2 Factions the Autobots & The Decepicons. The First season of the Origianl Transformers brought back quite a few happy childhood memories & was a thrill to watch again! Well worth the money if your an old or new Transfomers Fan.

It's a shame one disc is wrong but for that price why argue
Unfortunately one of the discs is not from season 1 as listed I didn't see it till I checked the episode list on the case its from season 2 under the name classic eps I got the order quickly and there was I small amount of damage to the box but ot was sold as used so I expected it to be honest

É appena arrivato ed ho visto solo il primo episodio, la qualità video é buona per essere un mito degli anni 80. l'audio é solo in inglese, tuttavia i dialoghi non sono serrati e quindi si comprende senza particolari difficoltà anche se non si é madre lingua. Molto contento dell'acquisto, non mi sembra vero di poter rivedere tutte le prime serie (le migliori per me)

Leider nicht auf Deutsch, sondern auf Englisch, aber super! Vielen Dank für die Umsetzung dieser Kindheitserinnerung auf DVD! Mein Mann freut sich n Wolf und kann es kaum erwarten das die Kinder das auch gucken dürfen!

デジタルリマスターされているらしいですが、 ホントに画質がきれいだったので驚き＆羨ましい 値段もそんなに高くないし 日本ではカットされたシーンも見られるので結構買いかも

Zwar alles auf Englisch, aber super. Tolle Qualität in der Umsetzung. Wenn man es nicht auf deutsch bekommt, beste Alternative, wenn man auch etwas Englisch versteht.

Just as I remember from my childhood! Now, my son begs me every day to watch Transformers. One complaint would be that there is no picture next to the episode selection, which would make it easier for my boy to choose which one he wants to watch. Therefore 4 stars instead of 5, not because of the cartoon, but because of the DVD layout. Still, I highly recommend!
