Worst reproduction coins in the market. More like toys.
I am a regular buyer of reproduction coins. They're fantastic for completing coin collections when the originals are too expensive, and allow even the most novice aficionado have a feel for those rare coins they'll never be able to own. After reading the glowing reviews here (which I now assume must have written by the manufacturers themselves) I decided to go ahead and see for myself. Big mistake. I just can't believe how bad these are. I now understand why the photo is so blurry; so buyers can't see clearly what they getting. Not exaggerating when I say these have worst replica coins I've ever seen in my life, besides the play money I once got for my son from the toy section in Poundland. In fact these reproductions feel like toy coins too, with no weight to them at all. The unnatural colour and shine is akin to those pirate coins that come in playsets. Can't understand why the manufacturer bothered stamping the WRL logo in each coin to indicate that they are copies. There's no chance these could ever be mistaken by the real thing even by very young children.Save your money and buy proper replicas from Chinese sellers instead. They're sold at roughly the same price per piece and look and feel so much realistic. And they come with no distracting logos imprinted on them, which is a big plus too.
