First time purchasing this hot water dispenser. This product is well worth the money and superb quality. The functionality is brilliant. Its very quiet, the boil speed is brilliant, its easy to use, and the water flows well and comes out piping hot. Its very compact and just the right size not to big not to small. The only downfall is that it doesn't have an on/off switch but ot has a lock function. I am very impressed with the overall design and if it saves me 50% on electricity then I am a happy customer as I drink lots of latte . I also purchased a 3 year warrenty as well . I would highly reccomend you consider buying this

Love this as able to adjust the temperature and flow amount 000 is free flow that is very handy when needing to fill a pot. The only thing is it drips.

good looking, doesn’t take up too much space

Very nice looking, good clear controls, better capacity than most.However the drip tray is far to small, a standard mug sits well over the front of it. The hot water delivery system is very poor, it delivers hot water almost immediately, which is fine but if you need to stop the flow it carries on flowing for a good few seconds after pressing the stop button which renders the stop function almost pointless and if the cup does overflow the silly little drip tray is of little help. Finally some time after the unit has stopped dispensing it starts to drip which is very annoying. Disappointing purchase.

I bought back in March and love this machine. Contacted seller in September as it was constantly dripping. They suggested descaling it and problem was sorted. Descale kettle often but for some reason I never even thought about descaling my machine. I bought coffee machine descaler and it worked a treat.I’ve had other water dispensers, this is the best by far. I love the fact of different heats and measures. The continuous flow is great for filling pots etc

So, initial impressions of this being decent quickly faded. The preset dispense amounts are vague at best, 250ml setting doesn't even dispense 200ml. Then there is the dribbling, so much water dribbles out over time that the drip tray overflows. Even with a cup under the nozzle, this thing still sat on a puddle of water, not good for any electrical appliance. Emailed support and never received a response so guess they just don't care. Avoud
