I purchased 2 handles in this order. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition with ZERO defects. When the box arrived I actually thought I received the wrong order because it was heavier than I was expecting it to be… I’ve purchased other workout equipment/gear from this company (BLUSLM) and thought they were top notch. I was looking for these handles and saw the brand name so I quickly snatched a pair of them. Honestly, I like this company but I thought I was purchasing those typical plastic-type handles at this price point. It turned out that these are much nicer than I was expecting. I’d consider these handles heavy duty and more like something you’d find in the gym…professional! These are metal. The grips are very nice and “grippy”. They aren’t leather, but they have that leathery feel. They also come with nice carabiner clips. I haven’t measured the clip size, but they are a bit bigger and stout vs. the standard carabiners that come with, let’s say, exercise bands… Between the 3 BLUSLM Lat Pull-Down attachments I’ve purchased, and now these nice handles, I’m really happy with this brand/company. I’m an athlete and an experienced gym guy. I’m also very picky about my gear. These are very nice, versatile handles and I highly recommend them. I’ve become a fan of BLUSLM. I promise I’ve purchased them myself, and I have ZERO affiliation with them.

I wouldn’t say that this accessory is necessarily, however it is a nice piece to have in the arsenal for a good price. The rubber makes griping it comfortable and the ribbing prevents slipping when pulling on it. I use it mostly for cross body cable pulls and some one arm tricep pull downs. You can use other handles for these exercises, but this is well designed for those movements, so why not take advantage of it.

This item is quite effective, very comfortable and easy to use, quality is remarkable but keep in mind wear gloves while using it, you don’t have to, but it helps cause when sweating although it’s rubberized texture helps keep a good grip, it might get a lil bit slippery, but overall quality is better than most

I've been going to the gym 3 days per week for the past year, and fully enjoy every minute there - with one exception... The rope (with the typical ball-end) at my gym seems to irritate the fleshy part of my hand, making it a bit painful to use. This triceps rope eliminated that problem, and definitely makes the exercise much more enjoyable! I'm very happy with this item! P.S., I purchased both the 27 and 32 inch versions - but prefer the shorter one for my particular routines

These feel really good on the hands but I just can't find alot of exercises to use them 4

Fits the hand quite nicely but the uses are limited at least for me. If you are pulling in the vertical plain the knub on the end irritates the hand a bit (under heavier loads).
