Fantastic stuff!
This stuff is fantastic! I have used it at dinner parties when I am too busy to faff about making the sauce. And what's more, if you seal the left-over it will keep in the fridge for sometime for you to use in a variety of other dishes. Yes, it sounds pricey but it is so versatile it is worth it.

The best Hollandaise
100% satisfied with Macphie this is the best tasting, authentic hollandaise sauce I have ever used. We own a guest house and use it daily on our eggs Florentine with a Benedict twist . I have tried many but nothing comes near it. Well done Macphie.
