Why a great idea. It looks pretty and hides the cable box easily. I received so many compliments. Quick delivery!

Great idea, poor execution
Since the item was custom made, I requested navy blue covered books to match our decor. I received random colors none of which were blue. Of course this could have been avoided since I requested and paid for a preview of the item to be sent before shipping. I never received the preview. At this price point, and as a small business, it is imperative that you get it right!

Don't expect a quality product or quality customer service.
Not satisfied with my purchase nor the lack of customer service that came with it. When you order a custom item, you expect for it to be right. Item was received partially unbounded. The seller, however told me it still works as it should. Not what you expect when you pay $100.
