The phone case was broken inside of packaging upon delivery. Broken original phone case And I never for a replacement case. The description of this item stated that it was compatible with my phone. It does not fit my phone and it covers my camera. This is absolutely NOT compatible with my phone. I have sent this item back for a refund on June 27th and I have not seen any refund to the original payment. You can clearly see that this item has been sent back. I have the receipt for the return in my hand. PLEASE refund this item in full to the original payment method/plan.

Updated my rating to a 4 star because of the professionalism of the seller and the willingness to hear our complaints. All and all the phone case is not my choice to use, the seller indicated that they are trying to improve the quality, therefore my rating went up.This phone case itself is a very pretty phone case, however I've discovered that once I close my screen and tapping the screen to open it back up takes a harder tap than other screen protectors. Also the cover for the buttons on the side are inconvenient. Volume button cover takes a lot of finger power to turn it up or down and finger printing button. This is uncovered but how the cover is made its hard to get your finger to touch the sensor. Also the screen would leave finger prints so badly and hard to clean off.

So within the first day of having it the metal ring came off the case that's the silver ring in the picture. Also could not ues any c chargers the port opening on the case was not large enough. I had to remove plastic from that to even charge my phone. Would not and could not recommend to anyone.

I bought 2, one for the flip and one for the fold. Started a return when both rings came away from the cases sure to heat of the qi charging. Got the second set, rinse and repeat. These are not cheap cases, I certainly could have bought less expensive ones but I knew that rings coming off were an issue with the cheaper cases. Highly disappointed.

Immediately after putting it on, the regular wireless charger had issues. Magsafe ring detached after being under the sun (dash mounted).Edit: After publishing this review, seller contacted me and did the right thing: refunded my order, which speaks highly of them.
