I work in a production environment where I am on my feet all day, and wanted something to help with my posture throughout the day. I decided on this since it seemed like a women's specific design. Unfortunately I'll have to be returning it.I tested this out at home before using it at work. I liked the way the straps are designed across the back. I wore this over my shirt, and it looked good and was very supportive. It pulled my shoulders back and I immediately felt my posture improve. The feather logo in the middle is a nice touch.. What didn't work out for me was everything in the front. I don't think they took into consideration the curves on someone that is a large size. The elastic was too wide, especially around the armpit and chest area. The elastic just flipped over and creased, making it very uncomfortable. The elastic doesn't breathe at all, and caused me to sweat. I use my arms a lot while on the job, and it just wasn't very flexible and caused a bit of chafing. I think if it was redesigned it with a little bit of curve to the strap around the armpit and chest area and used a breathable fabric, this would be perfect. The current design just doesn't fit my needs.

Size 34 DD- medium fits well.Comfortable, immediately corrects posture, makes it difficult to revert to bad posture. I wore it half the day my first day and I wasn’t painful or uncomfortable. I realized how untrained I’ve become as I kept catching myself try to slouch.Some observations I have after reading reviews then ordering for myself.... I feel like if you have bigger shoulders it is worthwhile to look into an option of that has adjustable shoulder straps instead because these ones do not have any give if you need them to. I didn’t have this problem but did observe it’s potential. Some people talked about discomfort digging into shoulders or under arms . I did experience this but realized very quickly that pain occurred when I was trying to slouch and fight the harness. If you are standing straight, you won’t feel any discomfort because you are not fighting the harness. If I was standing straight, my back was free of pain and I could not tell I was wearing anything under my clothes. This was my own experience of course, I’m sure it differs for some people but worth noting.

I ordered this support because of poor posture. At 66, female, I was slowly starting to roll forward. I try and wear this daily and am seeing an improvement. My shoulders are pulled back and the saying " put your shoulders in your back pockets" is becoming easier. I recommend this to anyone experiencing the slumpy look or anyone with back pain, especially females with heavier breasts.

I love this so much! I've been waiting to get one of these for a while and I love the adorable strappy back. Makes me want to just wear it out as well. At least feel like I can just wear it in front of my roommates. Immediately puts my posture in the right position. They recommend wearing these for just a little bit each day to train your body to remember the right posture, not to replace your own muscle strength lol. I've been wearing it mostly during tasks around the home. Yesterday at work I noticed I remembered to sit up straight much more often, without even wearing it! Definitely works. Super happy with it.

My review may is a little long, but it’s worth th read and very helpful... I’ve been looking for a posture corrector for some time and stumbled upon this product and loved the design and that I can wear under my clothes. Initially I ordered the wrong size and followed the insert in the package to email them directly with any issues and with 2 hours of my first email the smaller size was sent out! After receiving that one, which was still too big for me (I’m a very slim, petite woman), so I emailed them again and spoke with Alex whom I believe is one of the owners and informed them it was still to small and needed an extra small. It was no problem and they had it sent out in no time! Throughout this entire experience, the attitude and level of care on the other side of my email interaction was just amazing! I have never dealt with this level of customer service when ordering online, they were just superb. The corrector itself is just as phenomenal as the customer service. The first time wearing it, I kept it on for just about 2 hours give or take and after removing it I was still sitting and standing straight.. I’ve never had a product do that before. I’m a massage therapist specializing in medical and deep tissue massage and also a nursing student, so I know and see the medical and muscular repercussions of poor posture daily. I recommend this product to ALL of my clients with postural issues because it works and every client that has purchased it has come back thanking me 1000000x over and raving about how much better their upper back and neck feel and how much better they can breathe (yes poor posture can effect breathing and is most likely the reason for that nagging pain between you shoulder blades and across the tops of your shoulders🤔). This is the BEST article I have ever purchased to help correct my posture, and I have purchased many, none have worked except the BERLIN & Daughter LLC Posture Corrector. What makes it so user friendly is how easy it is to put on and adjust and not have to hassle with pulling straps and buckles, its an ingenious design that is providing me with improved posture. My husband is so impressed with the corrector, I've decided to purchase one for him as well. I would highly recommend this very well made item to anyone seeking better posture. The seller provided outstanding communication and I couldn't have been happier with the entire transaction!

Update after a year: knocked 2 stars off as toes get wet even when walking through wet grass. Waterproof it ain't!=======I had merrell walking shoes in the past so I knew I needed .5 size larger. Took these to the mountains for a week and did some pretty crazy vertical climbs (1500m) along some really rocky mountain paths, not slipped once (dry conditions) so lived to tell the story. I know vibram can be slippery on wet rocks, but I only tested these in puddles - all waterproof leather, no goretex shmoretex nonsense that starts leaking after a while. If you slip on wet moor rocks, dont come back to me to complain :)Also, descended many many miles down steep mountain paths and no pain in my toes the next day either. Buy half a size larger!In short - very pleased with these.

I ordered pair at 7.5, half a size larger than normal as I have a wide foot Merrells are usually too narrow for my feet, but these shoes are perfect for me. Update on Merrells I did't get round to using them until some time after buying them, when I did I notice on the first time when I wore them that the right shoe was slipping off the heal, I inspected the shoe and notice that part of the heal collar was missing, i was a bit too late to send them back. now I think that these shoes were seconds, so I have now reduced my rating to one star. shoes now heading to the bin.

Not a good idea to buy shoes on line unless you have previously purchased the same ones and know how they fit.I was a little disappointed in the way they felt and if I had tried them on in a shop I would not have purchased them but because I didn’t want the bother of returning them I have persisted with them and have grown to like them as they ‘wear in’.

Order at least half a size larger than you require, one whole size larger if you plan on wearing thick hiking socks.They are comfortable but serious issues on hard, wet surfaces. I purchased these for a 3 city Portugal trip. I was constantly slipping on the wet pavement and needing to walk around manhole covers due to the complete lack of stickiness of the soles.

Arrived 2 days early, well packaged. I've been looking for this type of walking 'shoe' for quite a while. Saw in "Been Outdoors" but didn't have my size and were not helpful. Took a chance looking in Amazon. There are £20.00 less expensive via Amazon??? Did a short 4 mile walk initially but found painful in a toe, but have persivired and now ok. They are Saturday and s good fit. I'm usually a 7.5 but bought an 8. It's not posdinle6to wear thick socks, I'd suggest order 1 size up if you intend to wear thick walking socks. I've now ordered same but in black.
