As far as chopping boards go this brand is perfect, it washes well and is sturdy! The raised points on the board are really good at securing what every is placed on top. Would recommend this product and seller. And came very well packaged

Bought this as a result of purchasing a new carving knife which cannot be used on a stainless vine dish. It is easy to use, light but sturdy and washes easily. It has so many uses other than just for carving meat and is proving an invaluable addition to our kitchen. It is larger than might be envisaged and only if you regularly eat whole turkey, goose or very large roasts would you need the large sized dish!

Only giving 4 stars as board marks whenever you use it. That’s what you get with plastic boards!!!

Fat runs off to the corner so easy to drain. Good quality overall.

Large, sturdy board for carving meats. Hasn’t scratched with the carving knife either.

I have been using previous versions of this board for years. It’s very light, catches the crumbs, is easy to clean, and is excellent for carving roasts - it collects all the juices for making gravy. It is the perfect chopping board.

Decent size and works well but like with most plastic type chopping boards, using any form of sharp knife on it and it does score the board.For what I paid, I was expecting it to be more durable from this brand but it does the job.

This has a feel of real quality, it is easy to clean and is excellent for carving . The board does not slip on the kitchen top. Excellent

This works great to cut meats especially because of the way it slopes and has plenty of depth to collect juices.

Very sturdy. Perfect to cut roast so the juice doesn’t run everywhere. Easy to clean. Very well made!

Desde que Costco empezo a vender su pollo rostizado en bolsas en ves de las charolitas, era un problema para destazarlo en forma segura. Con esta tabla se resolvio el problema y sirve para mucho mas.
