Love this powdered milk. It's a great value for your money and it blends very well. The taste is great and you can make it weaker or stronger to your taste. Great for cooking and baking and drinking. I quit buying liquid milk, because I'm only one person and just could never drink it all before it expired. Now I don't have to worry about that and if the electricity goes out or I can't make it to the store, I still can have fresh milk.

Growing up, powdered milk was pretty much white water. When I made this I expected about the same and was absolutely amazed that it tasted exactly the same as the regular milk I had in the fridge. My kids (10 and 14) don't even notice the difference between fresh milk and this powered. It was also thick white in color. My kids don't even notice when we run out of milk now. I just keep this on hand so I don't have to rush out to the store now.TIPs: I do recommend using filtered water when making it as the water used does impact the flavor. Also that it be stored in a dark and air tight container.

This tastes wonderful! It's more like fresh milk!I've been using dried milk for years now. I only recently tried this product. Before I'd always used what I could find in the grocery store, which was granules, while this is a very fine powder. For handling and mixing, I prefer the granules, but for fresh milk taste, this is far superior. I'm ordering it again, but I feel that people should know about its problems before they purchase.Issue # 1: Though I highly recommend this product, be warned, the bag is not resealable. I don't understand why many companies continue to use not-really-resealable zip bags, but there seem to be a lot of them on the market. Do the companies selling products in these bags never actually try to reseal the bag?Issue #2: Again, though I highly recommend this product, be warned, the powder is so fine that when you go to transfer it from the not-really-resealable bag to another container, if you aren't careful you will have fine powder everywhere. It coated the counter top and everything on it, the first time I poured mine into a container for storage. I think next time I might take it outside to do this!Issue #3: This is much more difficult to mix than the granules I used to use. I find I have to use a wire whisk - and really pay attention to the clumps all dissolving. I mix mine in wide-mouth 1-quart mason jars. I fill them half full with cold water, then add the powder, mix it well with a whisk, and then fill the jar to the top with water, and whisk a little more.Issue #4: This is a little more expensive than the price I can get locally on bulk granules, but again it's worth it. It tastes just like fresh milk.

Flavor wise it's great ! In my opinion better than our regular gallons of milk we consum daily ! May reviews I read said it was nasty and didn't taste good nothing is further than the truth, it's taste is exactly what Im use too drinking as a kid, taste exactly like whole milk like back in the farm days most people wouldn't even know the difference y'all use to all that processed watered down garbage your use too!! love it 5 stars don't always listen to all the negative reviews, buy it and you be the judge of it !!!!

I am ordering again, this is so good. The best I have ever used. It tastes like fresh milk. Mixes very easy in cold water. It will clump in hot or warm water.

I use a blender and this milk comes out perfect. If its cold, add to the blender with frozen blueberries and sweeten to taste, you get a wonderful fluffy ice cream. I've been using Yummy for over a year, its the best ! Make coffee creamer: 1 cup water, 1/3 cup milk powder, blend in blender, put into glass jar in frig.

When opening the box, a white puff of milk flew everywhere. There had been a hole in the original bag and it was loose in the box. Had to throw most of it out 😢

Yummy Instant Dry Milk clumps and is noticeably more difficult to mix than other dry milks that we have used. These include Carnation and several supermarket brands. It clumps in cold or hot liquid. It doesn't mix easily, adding a tablespoon of the powder to hot coffee.It is a finer and more uniform powder than other dry milks we have used. The clumping may be related to the fineness of the powder.On the plus side: * We like the flavor. * The fine, uniform powder may make it better for baking than other powdered milks. * The price per ounce is good.
